UK Casino Club Review
Trusted casino with strong games and a UKGC license
Casinomeister's Verdict
UK Casino Club gets a lot right where it matters. Backed by Apollo Entertainment Limited and part of the Casino Rewards Group, it’s been around since 2003 and holds a UKGC license. All that adds a solid layer of trust.
The game library is strong too, with over 1,000 titles from well-known providers like Pragmatic Play and Games Global. Customer support is another highlight, with responsive live chat agents who actually know what they’re talking about. Generally speaking, the site is easy to use, with quick loading times.
Still, they’ve got a few drawbacks worth flagging. Withdrawals are on the slower end, bonuses aren’t particularly extensive, and the initial lack of transparency around bonus terms is far from ideal.
Generally speaking, UK Casino Club is a reliable platform that delivers where it counts. In case you’ve already testified to this (or have not-so-stellar of an experience), share your two cents on our forums.
UKGC-licensed casino
From the Desk of Max Drayman
UK Casino Club is part of one of the first casino groups in the business and long-standing friends of Casinomeister. The group rep is the original model of an excellent and outrageously reliable casino representative, and is always available to see issues dealt with promptly and fairly: if Renee_RA is the rep for your casino you are in good hands. I’ve gone to her for assistance many times over the years and I can’t think of a single time I walked away unsatisfied or unhappy with the outcome. Absolutely stellar, and my vote for Queen of the Casino Scene. The group is a little long in the tooth these days but they haven’t gone out to pasture either. Overall, very much recommended in spite of not necessarily being the shiniest button in the box.

UK Casino Club Bonuses and Promotions
The UK Casino Club promotions are hitting the necessary marks, such as a welcome bonus, VIP loyalty programme, and a game of the month. At first, though, we were not able to locate bonus-specific terms and conditions, but found them hidden away in the general terms and conditions. This initial lapse in transparency had us concerned, but the bonus conditions were fair and aligned with industry standards.
As with many other top online casinos, slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements and this remains the case for UK Casino Club. From what we can tell, there are no game restrictions to wagering requirements, but it is always worth checking the bonus terms and conditions before you claim anything.
VIP and Loyalty Programme
UK Casino Club is running a loyalty program for players outside of the UK. Players are auto-enrolled into the green level, and playing games will earn you points to advance to the next level. With any of the six levels, you can earn exclusive rewards, and as with any loyalty program, the higher the level, the better the reward. The rewards look different depending on your level, but you can expect priority support, exclusive games, personal VIP hosts, and more entries into the VIP Lucky Jackpot (a tiered bonus system linked to your status level).
UK players, though, won’t be seeing much on the horizon, as there’s no VIP program available for them.
Banking & Payment Methods
UK Casino Club has a somewhat mediocre range of payment methods, covering 12 deposit and 9 withdrawal options. These include options like Visa, PayPal, Skrill and Neteller.
One major drawback we spotted at UK Casino Club are slow withdrawal times. E-wallets could take up to 3 days, card options up to 5, and bank transfers up to 10 business days to process. Even though we received our funds fairly quickly, keep in mind that this may not always be the case.
As for the withdrawal limits, if you’re coming from the UK, you won’t see any, but non-UK players will have to settle for a €4,000 weekly cap. This is definitely on the more restrictive end, especially for high-rollers.
As this is a UKGC-licensed casino, you will need to confirm your identity as soon as you create an account. If you aren’t prompted to submit your documents, head to your profile and upload them in the ‘Upload Document’ section. Alternatively, you can reach out to customer support if you have any questions or the steps are unclear. This process requires you to give them your proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Responsible Gambling
To aid players who appear to be losing control over gambling, UK Casino Club offers a self–exclusion option with cooling-off periods between 24 hours and 6 months. They also offer deposit limits, which can either be set on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. You will need to reach out to the casino support team to set these limits, though, and if you’re looking to increase existing limits, these take 24 hours to come into effect. Far from ideal, but better than nothing.
Customer Support at UK Casino Club
UK Casino Club gives players the option to get in touch with them using the chat widget or by sending them an email. There’s also an FAQs page that could come in handy for more general concerns. If there’s anything specific you need resolving ASAP, your best resort is always the live chat widget.
When testing how their widget operates, we got instantly connected with a helpful customer support rep who was responsive and genuinely knowledgeable.
UK Casino Club Experience and Features
The UK Casino Club’s website design is slightly outdated, but this can be charming in a nostalgic way, especially since it doesn’t impede the playing experience.
Following our casino reviews methodology, we always make sure we check out each casino on desktop and mobile, so that’s what we did with UK Casino Club, too. Even though they don’t have a dedicated mobile app, we did not find any drawbacks to this, as the page operates perfectly on the smaller screen. It switches from landscape to portrait with ease, so you can tailor your playing experience to your own preferences.

UK Casino Club Game Providers
UK Casino Club does not host the most extensive list of providers. As a matter of fact, they’ve teamed up with only 2 — Pragmatic Play and Games Global. Despite those names being industry giants, to be honest, the total number of providers is even below the bare minimum.
On a more positive note, UK Casino Club does have its own exclusive games, which is definitely a good change of pace. But, still, that’ll hardly compensate for the absence of at least a dozen more software providers.
UK Casino Club Slots
The UK Casino Club slots are the most popular section, with a little over 1,000 games featured in the lobby. The slots section is located in the main menu bar and instantly loads the entire collection. You will be able to filter for slot games using the five filter options which include ‘1-20 paylines’, 25+ lines’, ‘3 reels’, ‘5 reels’ and ‘Pragmatic Play’. This may not be the quickest or easiest way to search for slots, unless you’ve got a specific game in mind you’d like to play.
Live Casino
The live casino section is quiet, with only a handful of games from Pragmatic Play. Thankfully, after Evolution, Pragmatic Play has nailed the criteria for creating engaging live games, so there’s that, at least.

The overall player impression is that UK Casino Club offers a high-quality gaming experience.
While there have been cases where players complained about long pending times and fees coming with some withdrawal methods, the fact that their casino rep is reliable and quick to help is definitely reassuring.
