I am currently fighting for a £25 payout, after losing around £50. They wanna know the ins and outs of all my affairs. Nowhere in UK law this enforced. Sky Casino pay out in like 1 MINUTE!!! I’ve been waiting 8 days with 888. I REALLY need that money for Christmas….. next stop is the Gambling Commission!!! Grrrrrr…..!

Unfortunately 888 has a long history of stalled player payments and non-cooperation on player complaints. See our long-standing Warning for more details: 888/Cassava: all related properties are ignoring player complaints - Casinomeister Forum .

Sadly the UKGC likely won't be of much help to you either. Unless things have changed recently they pretty much steer clear of player complaints unless they are specifically self-exclusion issues.

Also, yes they are terrible. I've played there and never had such a bad experience in 12 years working in this industry. Stay away!

You need money for Xmas, yet you decided to gamble and lose 50 pounds and now you're losing sleep over 25?

Not saying the casino is in the right here but man.. The moment you deposit, you should consider the money lost. If you can't afford to lose it then don't gamble.

my biggest lost on gambling was 888 casino, I gamble there for years, till Bet365 send me offer around 2005
