3dice is a casino I used to play at religiously but I feel that they have been dropping the ball a bit
in terms of new game releases and problems with banking (for US players).

This thread is aimed at possibly getting some updates about what we can expect from them
in the coming months.. to wet my appetite so to speak.

At the current moment, there's very little that draws me to deposit there besides the great customer
service and trust factor that comes with playing at 3Dice. I'm just not as excited as I used to be when
logging in and depositing. As a matter of fact, I've been depositing more so at RTG casinos based on the fact
that they have been releasing some pretty damn innovative games as of late.

The information given can be coy if need be, as I know 3Dice can be a bit cryptic with their messages about
new slot game releases but even a little info would be absolutely fantastic!

The main questions I have are as follows..

1.) Are there any new slot games being released before 2016? If so how many? Yes? what will be themes? (The
themes question may be pushing the envelope a bit but it's worth a shot! :p

2.) What's going on with the banking situation at your casino for US players? The last time I visited the chat,
people were asking for brokers like drug addicts asking for a hit. IMO players shouldn't have to go through this to play.
This is another reason I've veered away a bit. Can we expect better and easier banking deposit options soon?

3.) How about a mobile version of your casino? Is this in the works? If so, when can we expect it to hit BOTH iPhone and
Android markets? Even Rival has gone mobile. People such as myself like to play on the go!

So there you go! If you would like to add more questions to the thread folks, please feel free!

(please no 3Dice bashing or anything else that might derail this thread)

You've been able to deposit recently, since the US players were having issues? I will be visiting over there tonight, it will be nice if I can too. I'll have to check to see if that red note is

Slot games are very expensive to develop. 3Dice is a small casino, so can't pump them out at quite the same pace as larger ones.

It is expensive to develop mobile platforms too, I don't know how much. Some are much better than others.

Do they have a UK licence? UK residents are still free to play at places that don't hold a UK licence I hope.

While 3Dice does not get as many deposits from me as I used to, there are times I deposit there in order to play one or two of the games that are truly favourites of mine.

So many of the games are so innovative I can't quite give them up. And I love the 3-reel progressives too. Yet to hit a jackpot in real money, but there have been many good sessions with them.

A new game at 3Dice is always exciting. Some I like more than others, but it will not be a clone. I would however be quite happy to pick a theme for Squirrel Pike, since we already get them for special occasions. I'd rather shoot zombies than bop squirrels myself.

I agree with you Jasmine but it's a competitive market and other online casino developers are cranking out
new products for their consumers to remain fresh and appealing.

How long does 3Dice plan to eat off of the current games that they provide?

This is straight from their "about us" section on 3dice.com's website..
"Why would you settle for 80's technology, bloated downloads and old-school graphics ?
At less than one tenth the size of popular competitors, 3Dice.com gives you 80+ new and polished
3D casino games - many more coming. Give it a try - and let us convince you that you should not
settle for less
."

They claim 80+ new and polished 3D casino games but are including ALL of the variants of video poker in
that equation.

So obviously 3Dice is talking the talk, but their "popular competitors" have flash based web play
and have adapted mobile casino play as well. Moreover, the competitors are continuously finding ways
to take player's deposits faster and easier and deliver faster payouts. IMO this is one of the main reasons why
Club World deserved to win CM's 2014 best US facing casino and whatever other awards they have won.

The point is, I would like Enzo to talk about where the "many more coming" have been hiding out at.
I also would like to find out why they are taking their sweet time with finding better processors for their
loyal customers so that they can deposit with CC and withdraw with CC as well. What's the hold up?

What's in store for 3Dice in 2015 and 2016? Honestly, at the rate they're going and how lackadaisical they've
become with their banking options and lack of processors, no updates and no new games, I wouldn't be
surprised if one day I loaded up the casino client and a message popped up saying "goodbye and thanks for
the good times".

The last time "usa" players went through this we were updated throughout the process. This time around one update and no one has answers. It's very frustrating to say the least. I dont want to play anywhere else because I have been so loyal here for the last 5 years, but!!!

I agree with X-raided, something new would be fantastic. When they came out with Star Struck, that was a different slot and attracted me to it because it was different. The same this with Arctic game. Those were new and different. Then came Candy Clouds. I am not sure who said it, but they were right in saying it was just a clone of Happy Valley. It has been a long time since any thing new was introduced at 3dice. While it may be expensive to produce a new game, it just might be worth it to retain your players.

The banking situation is getting to a lot of players, and the silence is a bit worrisome. From someone who has taken a big hit from the EwalletXpress debacle, I can only fear the worst here. If anyone remembers the EwalletXpress crap, it was all silent, only response from them and all casinos is we are working on it, then BOOM! One day you log on to find out it was seized by the DOJ and that was it. I hope this isn't the case here. We will all just have to wait it out.

I feel the same... I've been depositing every week like clockwork for probably close to 2-3 years. I've been super loyal and now i'm feeling let down a bit by them. I was the first to stand up for them but at 2 weeks it seems pretty ridiculous that they seem to be the only one having issues with pasteandpay when no one else does. i don't know what to think anymore but I'd like a timeline or at least an explanation other than "we are working on it" I honestly don't want to play anywhere else, especially not RTG, and honestly, there is no other casino that I trust even 1/10th as much as I trust them but damn, I want to play, lol. I'm going to hold out another week or so and then call it a day and move on... It just sucks to be frank. I love their games, their customer service, everything but I'm just not understanding the issue with P&P and not being able to deposit through them when no other casino seems to be affected by this. That is what makes me and others think there is something else going on

I don't think it is just with P&P it is also with Easy Debit. If I am not mistaken, those are the only 2 ways anyone from the US can deposit on their own.

One wonders if behind the scenes, the U.S. government is scaring smaller casinos out of the U.S. market. It's one of those things you could never prove or deny because no operator is ever going to admit out loud that they've been getting threats. Yes I know 3Dice isn't stationed in the states, but that has never stopped the U.S. from intervening before. I figure a nasty letter explaining how easy it would be for them to have someone extradited/disappeared is all it would take.

Just wildly speculating in the absence of any actual information.

I didn't know 3Dice had Easy Debit... I just have promo code, ukash and paste and pay...

Who is having problems with Easy Debit? 3Dice doesn't accept that payment and I haven't heard of any other issues with Easy Debit. There are actually a few more ways to deposit other than just 2 - lots of voucher sites, good ole' fashioned credit cards, bitcoin, use my bank, wire transfer, the list goes on.

Then your cashier is way different than mine and a lot of other players.

Easy Debit and Paste & Pay, and Ukash ( ridiculously high fee rip-off artists)

That is it.

I honestly don't think I've ever had Easy Debit as a deposit option... I'm sorry, I thought you were talking about deposit options for other casinos not just 3dice.... I usually just have promo code, ukash, and paste and pay. The ones I mentioned were for other casinos... Sorry, I stand corrected

Paste and pay/vouchers for US players was the BEST option that 3Dice could of used
besides accepting CC deposits. Even if CC deposits was an option there, I would much
rather use Paste and pay/vouchers because they have ZERO fees associated with buying
them to deposit.

To be honest, I couldn't imagine that it costs the casinos very much to use paste and pay/vouchers
as a deposit option based on the fact that Jackpot Capital's MINIMUM deposit requirement is $5.00
and the minimum deposit requirement there using CC is $45.00.. That's a BIG difference.

Anyways.. I sure hope Enzo chimes in soon to shed some light on things there including
banking issues and expansion of the casino into the 2015 era not to mention new games coming out.

Have you looked at the zeit graph lately?

Almost all the slots are running the same, meaning, NO one is playing.

So, since there have been relatively no winners, no red lines in chat, it is

blatantly obvious that USA players are the bulk of their customers. No

USA players depositing, No one wins........ that means the casino too.

It will be 2 weeks Sunday night.

The reps in chat have no information. Enzo said what he was going to say

in the other thread that was posted a few weeks ago.

I am beginning to think

Turn out the lights, lock the doors, the party is over.

(add to that the fact that every single player has probably used all of their RD funds, they have to be running on bare threads)

How could anyone be asking opinions on new slot games when this casino has basically closed their doors to US players. I would be overwhelmed with joy just to play again at 3Dice. Not being able to deposit is a huge issue, and makes me wonder if other US players have found a way to deposit, and I just haven't figured this out yet.

No, we have not found a way! We are looking for anyway possible.

It just isn't happening and we/they don't know just when it will.

Good eye . Could someone please direct him to this thread for some clarification?

The sad part is we shouldn't have to direct the rep to this thread.

Being a rep for the casino and knowing we are looking for answers,

responding to our concerns should be a top priority.

He/They know full well there are problems.

They know full well we have posted concerns here.

It is obviously their CHOICE not to comment or, who knows, even READ the threads.

When I logged on just now I saw this message -

For our US players, we are still working on our banking options, and deposits will be phased back in starting with the oldest accounts. Apologies for the inconvenience.

So I tried to make a deposit and it was accepted :) Not sure how long it will take for everyone to get back up and running, but I'm sure many of us are good to go!

Looks like I have the P&P option again, however P&P isn't working for me. Is anyone else having trouble on P&P site?

Same: Sorry could not complete transaction declined for the following reasons:
Invalid payment data. You are not configured for this currency or sub type (country or brand)

eta:MC could be the trouble, but I won't try my visa, it's historically been too picky
