Sorry to hear you’ve had a bad introduction to Lottomart. Sometimes the RNG isn’t always so generous, did you know that actually the games are designed for the house to win? Not sure if that’s known on this forum.

I’ve frozen your account so you can’t spend any more on the broken games. Let me know if you ever want to reopen and I’ll pass your request to the relevant teams.

As requested, your overall RTP on your account is 81.9%, the vast majority of that is from Bonanza Megaways where 99.4% of your turnover was played.

I'm sure others will confirm that 81.9% RTP on a sample of around 4,500 bets isn't unusual, I see Bonanza getting quite a bit of a hard time most days on the forum.

Thanks for posting. I am sure you would agree that whilst not being unusual, it is also 15% below expected and for a game that boasts 75% of rtp in the base, seems a bit off.

At least you can appreciate why I wasn’t overly pleased.

I'll be honest with you, I don't get frustrated when the RTP doesn't go my way, perhaps it's because I see the whole picture. The bit that concerns me is the "seems a bit off" comment. Are you suggesting there's an issue with the game?

I'm more than happy to log your complaint with the game provider for them to review.

I am a big fan of Lottomart,both for their games and especially Mark who is excellent rep on here and a very frequent poster. I was delighted to see a range of 'new' BTG slots introduced to Lottomart such as Outlaws Megaways,Wild Flower,Lil Devil,Christmas Bonanza as I like to play those games now and again on other sites. My usual stake on BTG is 0.50 or 0.60 and both those stakes are available elsewhere as the £1 stake is a bit high for me and the 0.40 is not high enough. The problem is that on Outlaws and Christmas Bonanza the only stakes they do under £1 are 0.20,0.40 and then it jumps all the way to £1. This is a hell of a jump in terms of stakes. Is this just Lottomart or are other casinos doing it too? Seems a large bump to have to up your stake 250% in one go.

We've finally had a reply back from the game provider:

Regretfully, the maths model of these two games does not support wagers of 0.60 or 0.80 EUR/GBP.
Internally, the game only supports specific chip sizes including 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 etc. This gives valid wager values of 0.20, 0.40, 1.00, 2.00, 4.00 and so on.
I have tried to force wagers of 0.60 and 0.80 in our test environment, however the game simply failed to launch and gave an error.
Unfortunately, we are unable to configure the games to support the requested wagers of 0.60 or 0.80.

If you've been able to play these games at those denominations, it may be that it's a limitation of the integration on our side? Either way it doesn't appear that I'm going to be able to give you the stakes you're looking for. Sorry about that.

Yes, I am suggesting that there is an issue with the game but that isn’t entirely based on my experience at Lottomart, as I accept that is a very small sample. Where I have more than sufficient evidence, are places such as Unibet, SpinRider, Virgin games, etc. I have completed a sufficient number of spins at these Casinos to know that 86% just isn’t right.

I don’t expect you to defend them. I just vented my annoyance at joining another Casino where the same looks likely to occur based on initial findings. What is alarming, is that I played the game for 5 years and at no Casino where I enquired (the vast majority), was I ever running below 94% after thousands of spins. Now a rtp of between 80% and 90% is the supposed norm.

As I say, the 0.2 steps from 0-1 are common/standard for BTG’s Megaways games, so it’s odd you’re being told otherwise. (Some sites increase the steps after 1.00, but that seems more variable and down to operator choice.)

I've played both Outlaws Megaways and Christmas Bonanza,for example at 0.60 on both Videoslots and Leo Vegas,possible others but I'm not certain. I think BTG are stretching the truth in all honesty to be honest Mark.

Cheers, yeah it seems to be an issue with our integration via Games Global. It's GG saying those stakes are not available. Still digging though.
