Question 32Red Withdrawals

So yesterday I played at Dash Casino, made a withdrawal early in the afternoon to Paypal. Noticed it still had not been paid this afternoon today so contacted 32Red and apparently it hasn't been 24Hours and will only be processed tomorrow now?

Since when was 32Red's processing procedure that you had to wait 24 hours before a withdrawal was processed? more to the point I am being told it hasn't been 24 hours when it has in fact been more than 24 hours since I made the withdrawal. I know they changed the way they process withdrawals last year but my understanding was that if withdrawals are made before 5pm they will be processed the next day - clearly not the case.

24 hours is the PENDING period which is a guide to roughly how long withdrawals are reversible etc.

It cannot be an EXACT guide unfortunately due to various factors, to include whether when the withdrawal was made was out of office hours, weekends etc.

IIRC their payments teams do 'sweeps' throughout the day and depending on the exact time of the withdrawal been made will affect/depend on whether your particular withdrawal will be 'picked' up in the 'batch' or not, a matter of minutes has affected this for me in the past but no biggie.

Depending on the time of the day cash outs are requested has seen me have the cash the following day or if it has been later in the evening it is then sometimes a couple of days until I see the cash.

I believe 24 hours kicked in sometime in December 2014.

Have a look at the latest which I found extremely interesting - payout times are blowing out big time.

I was a huge fan, a Club Rouge member delighted with the ability to flush withdrawals and receive payments quickly but sadly when I had a payout that was close to the average annual salary in Australia at the time, they failed big time, no flushing and 5 days later still no money. I still play there but not nearly as often because frankly there are others offering what 32red did and much more

i think its pretty simple slthhough worse than it used to be. what i was toöd in live chat.

during the week:
cashout before 3pm = paid the next day
cashout after 3 pm = paid the day after
