32red Payment Processing

I wasn't going to reply, (because it doesn't affect me) I think I am only the second person from USA to comment.


The only thing I can say that I'm surprised about is...32Red never came back in to comment, I find that strange, but that could just be me.

I totally agree with you on both counts.

Seems very strange to ask for peoples comments and then not bother to respond at all when people do comment - not even to acknowledge them.

I love 32 Red and will still play there but I play at Ladbrokes more - they give me better bonuses as I am a VIP - as for the weekends Ladbrokes it is.
 
I'm pretty sure they monitor the thread and analyze the change they made closely. Then comment here when they have something good to say.

32 red is still a top casino because of their superb support and reputation. :thumbsup:
 
This does seem like mountains out of molehills; having confidence that you will be paid is so much more important than when. 32 Red is a professional and trustworthy outfit; I feel like my money is safe there, and that's by far and away the most important thing.

Yes, it seems that it's a backward step dressed up as an enhancement, and people have seen through that - but after reading all of the praise here for them over the years, I'm surprised that people are being so critical.

I do not agree with that to some extent, I much more rather withdraw to my wallet and get it asap. The bottom line is that some of us play at 32Red for the sole reason that they pay quickly. I'm one that would admit if I have a win I know I can withdraw it and receive it the same day and play again at 32Red or somewhere else without having to dip in to more of my money. I think you are right in saying that confidence is important that you will be paid but the reality is that is my 2nd most important thing after quickly getting my money. I think once you set the bar to a certain level if you take something away such as weekend withdrawals then players will always have something to say about it.

and this decision will essentially see a certain group/amount of players go else where at weekends to play so it really doesn't make much sense to do it. :)

But I will give you all the same advice you gave us USA players....if you don't like this...vote with your wallet, stop playing there, or don't play on weekends, etc...

It is after all only waiting through the weekend, and you know you will be paid 100% on Monday/Tuesday, unlike us who have to wait weeks/months sometimes.

I love 32Red even though I have never played there, I love them because of the things I read here, I wish we had a casino like them. They treat you all very well.

I can understand being upset that they did this with no email to players, I can understand being upset when your used to being paid within 24 hours, but again this is 32Red, you all don't have anything to worry about.

Well, what can they say? They've obviously made their minds up, and have seen 80%+ of us are almost aghast at their actions. They aren't going to reverse the decision, and to reply will just perpetuate this thread and the objections within. Just ignore it and let it die away into obscurity is probably their best course of action. They've got nothing to gain by replying now, and on past contributions by Pat etc. they can't be labelled 'non-responsive'.
 
Bad decision on 32Red parts, bad decision, and I think ultimately this will be one that willl come back to bite them on the ass. However maybe its a decision that they have been forced into by one party or another. It seems likely to me they have been `leaned` on to alter their business model for whatever reason. Quite possibly to try and reduce possible money laundering as just one potential possibility. If I was to be money laundering, or involved in any kind of tax evasion, or money moving, ewallets are one way to go about it. Maybe this whole thing is out of 32Reds hands and their simply playing the cards they have been dealt (pardon the pun :p) the best that they can. Of course this is pure supposition on my part but I have seen banks and other finanical institutions `leaned` upon in the past from third parties, mention no names, it really wouldnt surprise me in the slightest.
 
Seems like 32red are not only not paying out on weekends, they also stopped processing documents for withdrawals on the weekends. So, for example, if you requested a withdrawal at Friday, they will only request the documents on Monday (at best).
 
Yes, I have noticed the changes of payment processing time. They now no longer process on weekend. It will only process Monday to Friday business hour unfortunately. But remember, it still fast payment. It is same equal as normal bank business day here in Australia only process weekday. On Monday is the day they catch up on it and it will process asap on Monday. I have no problem with that.
 
I had a big win at Friday night and withdraw 4000 Euro. As I didn't get the money on Saturday and found it in the reversal section, I researched via Google and found this posts concerning the new payment process. OK - no payments at weekend now. But the money leaves the reversal section directly at 9:00 am today and I get it in my moneybookers account at 11:15 am. It's fast. I am not happy about this change, but it's not a big thing. But it's clear: If I want to play at Friday night or Saturday again, I will deposit at another Casino.

things just got worse here! I submitted a withdrawl yesterday about 5pm. was expecting the reverse withdrawl option to be finished about 8.30. I went back into 32 red to play the daily bonus and this money was still reversible! I had to reverse my withdrawl, deposit ÂŁ100 to get todays bonus. complete the wagering then withdraw again!
went on live chat and asked why did my withdrawl not come out of reverse mode earlier latest 9pm, and I was told if you withdraw now after 3.30 pm, it stays reversible until banking next day! and this is not just weekend either, its during the week too!
I got it flushed instead. but this is very unusual off 32 red.

That's not good Wobble, I wish 32red would come and clarify things instead of just hoping we will forget and carry on regardless. Its not a very good service we are receiving and as the 32red brand is built on the back of excellent CS I expect better from them.
 
It just takes a minute to ask them to flush it so I don't understand that problem really.

I have it set so it is automaticly flushed after an hour no matter when I cash out. Ask them if they can do it for you too and then you'll save yourself the minute in chat also.

I do understand where you are coming from and I agree that you can get it flushed so that negates the problem BUT its all these little changes without anyone saying anything. In this case as the money had always been processed in the past it would have come as a shock to come back and find it still there. This thread carries on with no comment from 32 Red themselves. It's obvious people are getting a little edgy and wondering why all these little backward steps are happening.

32 Red are still a good casino but things seem to be changing , why? and that makes for an uncomfortable feeling.

I know these people and I know they wouldn't do anything if they didn't have a good reason for it. I'm not worried at all anymore and I still trust them 100%. I just won't deposit on Saturdays ;)

Thats the problem I have I wish they would come back on and speak to us, Its worrying that they have not even told their customers by way of an email.

It's flushed but not processed which mean it's still possible to reverse it. The though of talking to live chat usually stops me from doing that, but why risk it ;)
 
IMO 32 Red's still one of the best, not the best, but close. They just make everything so effortless, the CS are actually trained properly, plus the casion's backed by excellent managment. Having said that somewhere else will be getting my business on weekends and it would be great to hear from them on this thread :)

main problem is the flurry of new casinos of late are geared up to current standards above & beyond , why would you play there any longer when you have 4 or 5 casinos that are all top notch & pay super fast wthin a few hours 7 days a week , one would of thought you would change to match these casinos )

Lol even I dont know the question to that one. Do you know? I'd love to play there, they'd have to be pretty damn good ;) All I know is now that 32 Red no longer processes withdrawals on the weekend feels like somethings missing. As I said thay are still one of the best.

Well that's saved me a post because it was pretty much exactly what I was going to say.

For all this talk about 'AMAZING ZOMG CS' what do we actually need CS for? When stuff goes wrong, basically. The last three times I've had to get in touch with 32Red's CS is because their bonus claiming thingy in the Viper client didn't work and they had to manually fix it for me. Yes the CS was good but I only needed it at all because something was broken in the first place - and if I'm honest the CS I've had from 32Red is no better than that I've had at countless other casinos (and a step down from what I've had at 3Dice).

Truth be told 32Red were already starting to look pretty slow on payments before they made this change, why they decided to make themselves really slow compared to the new wave of casinos that generally pay in under an hour, seven days per week, I guess we'll never find out for sure as 32Red sure as hell aren't going to tell us themselves *


* Any explanation that includes the word 'enhanced' doesn't count.
 
must confess I not happy with the new payment processing..i cashed out 1.5k today and made sure it had all been flushed by CS

so it was not pending come the 5pm deadline....yet only half of it has been processed and rest is still work in progress so rest wont get done until 5pm tomorrow

this is not what I expect from 32red who are normally flawless in the things they do..really don't understand why they changed there procedures which worked so well before
