I can see that people are very much focused on 32Red and their bonuses, but don' you forget something.
I would say that this missing 100% bonus is something they are doing for two reasons.

There is a few more casinos in that group and I get offers of a 100% bonus very often from them. It's one way to make people see and choose them too.
The other reason now is of course the Halloween promotions they are running.
If they are generous with one thing something else got to go for a while. I have no doubt that we still will see our beloved 100 but maybe not so often.

Then if they could fix the download too now I would be happy. They know what's wrong but nothing is done. I have the same as VWM, close a game and the whole place vanish.

I am pretty certain now the cause is a memory leak due to the infinite update loop due to the corrupt cabinet file for Scary Friends. I note that these sudden exits occur at the same point in the growth of the memory being used by the process, around 1.4Gig. As a 32bit process, it CANNOT use more than 2Gig. I now believe the sudden closing of the lobby is due to the memory leak hitting that critical point where the next attempt to leak memory runs into the hard limit imposed by the 32bit nature of the process. It's possible for a "graceful exit", as seen with the lobby, to be the result of an "out of memory crash" as well as a disorderly exit crash with error messages, freezes, etc.

I have had the process explorer running alongside the casino, and I am seeing the memory grow steadily from a starting value of around 200 to 300 Mb to around the 1.4Gig mark, whereupon the lobby or game will stutter and exit.

The new game "Lost Vegas" has this problem, and I remember that Santa's Wild Ride also has it as it was a real pain last Christmas when it was used by 32Red for tournaments.


I believe that if I can find a way to "hack" the Viper client such that it does not attempt to download and install "Scary Friends", I will have a temporary fix for the problem, and if this proves to be the case, it will also demonstrate that this is the cause.

If MGS had a 64bit version of the client, it would last far longer before it crashed, at least on my 16Gig RAM machine, because it could hold out under memory leak conditions for much longer than just under an hour.

I have also noticed that games with memory leaks steadily slow down and get more jerky before ultimately crashing.

It has taken 10 days of pressure just for MGS to "bodge" fix the 20K for this fortnight, but I discovered that I still couldn't register for the Midweek Moolah, which shows me that the underlying problem is still there, and will most likely recur in a future 20K or other tournament.


As for the 100%, we will know much more in 20 minutes

This must be the best and cheapest, maybe unintended, marketing campaign 32RED has ever done.

Don't give the 100% DOTD for some time and they will be the talk of the town for weeks to come. Can't get publicity any cheaper and on top they saved the cost for the bonus.

Then after 2-3 weeks give a 100% DOTD again and players will be flocking to the casino in huge numbers to claim it.

I think the 100% has been replaced with a "usually on Friday" 50%. Although it has sometimes not been Friday, we now have had 2 full weeks where no day was 100% day - this is what has really changed.

Mine was nicer, it looks like Paul gave up, but someone else was prepared to take me on. I got everything bar 5 scatters fairly early on, and hit 4 scatters quite a few times, but it seems no one managed to get everything, otherwise the full £3200 would have gone to them and no one else would have seen a prize.

The 50% bonus is much better value than the 30FS.
Would have been a good idea for 32Red to bundle the offer: 50% bonus +30 FS. That would have made it much more enticing.

It would seem to make more business sense to offer the 100% on a Tuesday.
I would assume that there are less depositors on a Tuesday compared to a Friday.
Although the pending period is less. So there's less chance of them getting any withdrawals reversed
