Baptism by Fire - success 21Casino enters the flames!

Had a good run at 21casino. Deposited 20 with bonus of 121%. Lost the cash but wagered and just requested £160 withdrawal.

Ill leave doing a full review until the processing is done but all in all an enjoyable experience.

Site was smooth for me and all my favourite games and payment methods ready to go. Easy to navigate with plenty of information although checking the bonus excluded/% contribution games list was a bit of a pain each time. I still say a pop up is the ultimate experience for the customer.

I also noticed some Red Tiger games with slightly lower RTP. Although not being linked to the jackpots compensates a little and all RTP i checked were around 95/96% mark.

Nice to be able to play PlaynGo at max RTP and No Limit City (for the ones i checked).

@Maja Branders Partners can you confirm if your RTP is max on certain providers? Is it just Red Tiger that are a little lower?

The Live Chat agent i spoke to was knowledgeable, quick and efficient and its nice to have 24 hour service for a quick response.

Had some decent wins and games ran smooth for me even on MG......

Regarding your RTP question, we run all games on Max RTP settings with the exception of IGT which is run on mid level.

This includes Red Tiger, we are using the highest RTP Table available from that provider. There will be a difference in RTP on Jackpot and non Jackpot games.

We try to be as transparent as possible with RTPs, volatility win-lines etc. Giving the player all information helps them make an informed choice on which games to play.

Yes i was not sure of there was a 98% version of Mystery Reels Megaways and 96% Rainbow Jackpots that were NOT jackpot linked but like i said, everything else i saw was at the top which is important to me.

Using Trustly i normally expect a pretty fast withdrawal and just now i was asked to recommend a casino with Max RTP and thought of you but they wanted fast withdrawals.

Is this standard on all withdrawals? Using disposable income i like to have fast withdrawals so i can play again if i want without being tempted to use the coffee jar money that week ;)

I think any casino is a little disadvantaged with a delayed withdrawal procedure as its something everyone seems to like.

I have to hold some allegiance to the community members who seem to have had bad experiences with bonus bans (a bit of a gripe of mine) and some unresolved complaints but hopefully that is in the past.

Welcome Maja, it is nice to see a fresh face with a lot of enthusiasm. I hope you remain active and maybe dream up a cool contest that puts all the rest to shame.

I have unself-excluded at Fruity Casa, so I can now browse other casinos without fear. It is a mistake to self- exclude, just get up and walk away people.

They all have the same game providers, payment methods, withdrawal times, etc.
The difference is in interface and that is more of a personal preference, you can check them to see how they look and feel. Or you can chose by the welcome bonus offer, it's up to you.

It usually enters the casino during any game session but when you say the mind goes directly to blackjack game .
 
I want to play with them but when i try to register it says: "your account is locked, please contact support".
I think because they are the same people as "Dreamvegas" who banned during my first deposit ever on any of their casinos.... I asked for an explanation and never got any.

I do not like the way they do business. I will talk to the Dreamvegas live chat now to see what they say if they can unblock me
 
After speaking with Dreamvegas support they are reviewing my account and will get back to me.
After speaking to 21Casino to see why i cannot register with them and this was the answer:
"I have review and noticed your details have been blocked from registering any further accounts within our casino network "

Very sad how this played out. I wish i could get unblocked from the network and just never use a bonus with them since i can never clear them anyway.
 
Sadly I got banned from all White Hat group Casinos a few years ago, for simply taking the Welcome Offer and getting through the Wagering (it seems many others have experienced the same) ironically at 21Casino. No reasons were given, even paid out the £1700 winnings (so clearly hadn't broken any terms) and then quoted a generic term, that my account was closed and was banned from all the White Hat group Casinos. Never had a problem with any other casino.

Always makes me laugh as they would've got it back over time, quite liked the site, and would've definitely made it one of my regular casinos, counterproductive on the White HatGaming part, and have read many similar stories. Obviously, if you take a bonus you are not meant to ever withdraw, even after completing wagering!

That sentence is the biggest reason i dont play at these casinos... I think 2 days pending time is nothing else than tactic to make as many as possible to lose their winnings before they get them. Or if someone can give me even one good reason why pending time is so long, i might look this in other light.

Thank you for participating in our Baptism, this was already a topic earlier in the thread.
Our No.1 priority at the moment is improving our processing time with automated withdrawals. I will update you guys here once it's done and you can give it a try then :)

I played at 21 yesterday and everything was okay until I triggered a bonus on book of gods. On loading the bonus the game crashes. Reload (btg so recovering game) game crashed.

Go to live chat and explain the situation. I get told change your browser to Google Chrome and delete cache and cookies. Is this the standard answer live chat are taught during training? It’s the only answer I ever get and IT NEVER MAKES A BIT OF DIFFERENCE.

There was also a big language problem where I kept mentioning bonus round and kept getting told I had to play cash funds first. :what:Anyway I changed to Chrome and as I suspected made no difference so back to live chat. Different person so explain it all again and it has been passed on to the relevant department.

I appreciate things go wrong and malfunctions happen but when they do it’s the speed and professionalism, my issue is dealt with that counts. This was 40 minutes that felt like it should have taken 10 to have arrived at the same outcome.

I play slots everyday and I doubt I have ever been on live chat more than 20 times ever. That’s the way I like it so having this occur a couple of days into a new experience is unfortunate but these things happen. All I need now is for them to say it paid x10. What’s the betting?:rolleyes:

do you accept paypal?and who long it takes for cashout on paypal..p.s. most of casinos cashout on paypal is 5min (Videoslot and Rizk) to 2hrs.what's on 21Casino?
