As I was roasted today for being a bad rep in a separate thread, I feel the need to write you this.
I'm representing 21 Casino, Slot Planet, Casilando, Fruity Casa and PlayGrand Casino, other WHG brands I can't comment on as they are different then ours. I can answer your questions regarding our casinos, rules, games, etc.
I can't help you with your closed or locked account as I'm not a part of our customer support. If you have a technical issue or other problem you can reach out but I don't have any permissions to look into your accounts.
And guys, I take the Baptism and your community (that I consider myself to be a part of) very seriously. I'm trying to be reachable as much as possible, but if I don't reply to your comment or message for less then a day please don't think I'm ignoring you, I'm probably away from my computer. Today for example is a public holiday on Malta and I've spent the day in a nature (responsibly - social distancing), trying to charge my batteries for the days ahead we are all going to spend in isolation from people.
