Hello Hello Casino!

This is a UK, EU and Ontario facing casino which is part of the WHG portfolio of casinos. Their Baptism By Fire is being overseen by Ryan, whom many of you know from All British Casino, and he knows the ropes here. :D

So for the next 30 days, tell us what you think! Give them a go and give us a rundown on their customer support, offers, how well their casino functions, and any kudos or criticisms posting them here. :D

Why do CM casino reviews never mention RTP? It’s a hot topic amongst a decent sized group of us here.

Anyone know what the RTPs are like on the UK side of this operation?
It's in the planning stage. The problem is the complexity of it all. Differing RTPs for each game from each operator, from differing jurisdictions, etc., etc. Believe me - it would be nice, but how would one keep that updated properly on hundreds of reviews?

I have had an account on HelloCasino for many years. It got "upgraded" to the ontario account and I ran into geolocation issues for awhile. Everything is ok for now, but here is one suggestion for the site that needs addressing.

1) The games I see when I choose a provider ( Play and Go for example) and what I can actually play are different. For example: any of the Hugo games. If I load any game ( not Hugo ) that I can play and type in "Hugo" in the search... It shows none which is correct, but I can see the game in the list and thus assume I can play it. Makes it hard to know what I can or can't play so I am avoiding playing here until this is solved. :/

I have a screenshot showing what I mean. In this list of 30 games... Only 6 are playable! I marked the "blocked" ones with a red cross.

Yes. Totally agree. Even tried logging on to a couple of microgaming games and it was not allowed in my country. A few no limit games and BTG. Very annoying. I withdrew my deposit immediately and have to admit they did not give me a hard time.

Please fix this Ryan as the rest of the site looks good.

Wow, Hello casino now there is a blast from the past and WHG showing interest in CM too, things are looking up :thumbsup:

A regular go to casino of mine before my beloved bonus ban and one of very few WHG casinos I never actually won at IIRC :p
me too, although I did actually win.
And my reward for being lucky was not only a bonus ban. But the idiots removed any chance of me playing that money back, by banning me from the whole network. I'd have lost all my winnings AND more by now.

Just checked my account list, must have played there sometime in the dim and distant past. Will have a look and report back, have no recollection of what they were like before so can't compare, will just see how they match up to the fifteen or twenty casinos I currently play at. If someone from ABC is involved then I expect things to work well.

edit. Oops my mistake, didn't realise it's a WHG site. I had the temerity to take a deposit bonus and win 5k and was promptly told to get stuffed and banned from the network about 4 years ago (they did pay out fine tbf, and they're hardly the only ones in casinos who get upset when clients win with bonuses, I guess I'd probably had a few bonuses from their sites or something, that normally does for you). The issue I found afterwards was that they had so many sites I would keep thinkning I'd found a nice looking new site only to realise it was yet another WHG site. When I went and got the list of WHG sites it was literally two or three pages long! LOL. Onward an upward, good luck to all who play, I have fond memories of the win so all in all a positive experience for as long as it lasted.

I played 4-5 years in 21casino dream vegas casimba and PlayGrand, one day got an email they just made me self-excluded for 5 years without no
reason. still don't get it who can casino force 5 years customer to self-excluded

This was it with me. I joined loads of their sites and got lots of bonuses with each casino,won some,lost some and then Johnny Jackpot got upset after bombarding me with offers got upset after I won a couple of hundred from one! I can still use their sites,theoretically,but what is the point with no offers when on a small budget? I had a great run with them but fell foul of the same attitude that you did. Hello was a casino I used a bit too. I'd forgotten about it until I saw this thread. I am still able to log in too.

Good luck to Ryan (good rep) but WHG have the oddest approach to how to keep players: bombard them with offers, players accept and play, win. Bad players - banned: sometimes a bonus ban or a full ban

Yes Bonus's are not obligatory but if your business model (as theirs was/is) is to offer them, then at least acknowledge that.

I have access to my accounts (although would probably need log in reminder :oops:) but not bonus enables, not seen an email from any of the group in years, although I'd assume bb is linked to marketing emails.

I was a £20/£25 depositer and play at 20p/30p/40p only.

Had a 4-reel wild desire on IR for just over 1K (rare 60p bet) and lost count of wild lines on DoA - combination of these along with taking a match or free spins most deposits is what I think made them BB me.

Had to be well in front on 8-10 of their sites and down on a couple (including Hello) This is when I could win, total opposite of today.

Unfortunately I cannot comment on what happened at Johnny Jackpot. But if you need me to look into your Hello account, let me know.

It seems that our bonus team might be a little over zealous, but cannot comment too much without looking into these on a case by case basis. Worth noting that we have over 30 brands on the WHG platform. If they see the same person claiming a welcome bonus on lots of them, and never returning, this will show as a red flag, regardless of the players intentions. Possibly you were highlighted as such a player accidentally, whilst we were protecting ourselves form genuine bonus abusers.
