I can't comment on this nor search for more information as this isn't our brand. If there are any queries regarding 21 Casino, I could request more information and try to clear things out or at least try to. Our brands are - 21 Casino, Slot Planet, Casilando, PLayGrand and Fruity Casa.

I know that you all are commenting on WHG but please bare in mind that I'm representing here 21 Casino not the network.

It was Slot Planet that was the culprit with me, insulting, condescending and downright rude!

Putting a new face on a group's past shady shenanigans doesn't do much for me I'm afraid. This group would slap players with more funky bonus bans than you can shake a stick at, why would I endorse their treating me like a bonus-abuser :confused:

We have a centralized bonus abuse team run by WHG for the entire network which is something we get included in our fee's as a white label on the network. There are some 30+ sites and if someone goes and hits all the welcome bonuses on all brands its detrimental to every licensee. In general it's a fair reason.

When players are bonus banned and banned from opening new accounts it does not mean they cannot continue to play with their existing one. Even the mailer that the player banned from a bonus receives after being banned states their account remains open, just banned from bonus and opening new accounts. Existing are fine.

Just to say, when I got bonus banned I had 2 accounts, Gday and Hello. I used probably 1 in 10 I was sent, and about 80% of my deposits were non bonus ones. I withdrew £200 from using a bonus and got bonus banned across the whole network the next day, so it has nothing to do with abusing them, it's if you dare to win from a bonus you were offered. I was also massively down on the two sites, the £200 came nowhere near to what I had lost previously, so it's not like it took me into profit. Very short sighted in my view, as I haven't made a deposit since out of principle.

I understand where you are coming from but if I recall correctly these bonus bans that I have been referring to are at least 2 years ago. I think that we may be talking about 3-4 years?

The bonus bans are still happening though.
CM members report them regularly,
In fact IIRC Nicola was bonus- banned just last week

Fair enough Brian. I don't read everything but I suspect that many of the issues that members are referring to are from the time period that I am talking about. In the days when the free spins section attracted some serious traffic for CM very many of us took advantage of what they offered. Many other sites members and guests must have done the same.
I had a list that I would religiously use daily to target the ones I was most likely to profit from should I build my balance up from the starting winnings off free play after my free spins had determined the amount won and the wagering requirements for it.
No casino could operate on such terms for long.
It obviously was a marketing thing that they could not maintain.
I have not touched their casinos since then due to me limiting where I play from possible 100 a year to a handfull.
 
As a Canadian... I have a few issues when it comes to WHG sites...

1 ) They accept "Interac E-Transfer" for deposting, but not for WITHDRAWING. This means doing a bank wire transfer and I get stung with a $15 CAD fee from my bank. Also, by the time the funds get to me. The other banks in between also take like $20+ more. ( Talking about withdraws that aren't that big either like 100 - 200 CAD ) The ability to cash out by "Interac E-Transfer" would be great.

2) No Ecopayz available for use as a deposit / withdraw method. This is my method that I use on 99% of the casinos out there. I know it isn't a great method for most people, but it works great for me. If your sites could get this for a deposit / withdraw method, I would try out your site and give it a spin.

I have an account on "Hello Casino" that is rarely used mainly because of both issues I mentioned above.

Other than that... I love the massive selection of providers that we can play which is a nice plus.
 
I think that their issuing of bonus bans coincided with a time when they where ultra generous with giving out free spins daily during holiday periods. For weeks they gave free spins daily at a lot of their casinos which seen massive sign ups that where only interested in using those daily free spins.
Whatever you won from those free spins gave a playthrough which was set very clearly. But before you decided to deposit in order to attempted that playthrough we were able to wager our starting balance up or bust out.
Clearly too many took advantage of this without actually depositing anything unless they had the playthrough heavily in their favour.
No casino is a charity. I took advantage too
Some of the offers where insane.
I’ve had 50 free on jackhammer for example on multiple sites.
66 on Dracula one Halloween.
And numerous other offers, never managed a cash out however as I’d never just play the spins and wager what was needed for the Max payout, I always wagered and played more as felt it was more fair.
They used to be beyond generous , still get my free fiver from most of the brands on my bday.
I get massive 200% matches still and 125% etc from most of the casinos in the brand.
I’ve also had decent cashouts, that said never took the piss with free spins or bonuses and also deposit raw cash.
Can’t say a bad word about them tbh, behave better than many so called ‘accredited’ casinos on here.

The only thing I found curious is that live chat asked me to explain what flushing meant!

I actually come across that a lot; I'm guessing the term isnt as common; same if I asked WR at some casinos.
Might be a language barrier?

The whole "flushing" thing is an older term that newbies don't get - we should change this to "Locks Withdrawals" since it is basically the same thing. This is part of their rating score and is included in their review.

I always took flushing as being a term for pushing the withdrawal through the system and live chat took it that way also?
I am even becoming an old fashioned fart with my casino slotting now :(

Language barrier maybe but bad customer service is rife in the industry because it works well for cancelled withdrawals and frustrating customers.

Call me an old cynic but its my experience that shows the majority of these agents are badly trained or deliberately stupid. Im talking in general here and will make my own mind up about this group as have not had any recent experience to comment.

I think its a great start they are here for the baptism and will be depositing this week hopefully for a try out.

I have been playing in this casino for months. Very easy check, within 3 days the withdrawal is in my account. I played at hello casino and tonight.. mgic all the... crushing the games that usually eat my bankroll everytime...

I dont know what to expect from imperirum for a wire transfer... the 50$ gift to bank fee is inevitable...

how can they offer etransfers deposits since soo long and still only have wire transfer only for withdrawal option if you axe a canadian... They would eat the canadian market alive if they realzed a couple things n1 and direx had no problem understanding

blueprint are very fun to play on this platform, the only app that beat this level of quality is the mansion, group ,mobile app; but who want to wait a week for a pending withdrawal to an e wallet
