Hi @The Viking :)
Thanks for participating in our Baptism, I remember the time when I naively asked myself why 'with fire' hehe, it is clear now :cheerleader:
Jokes aside, are there any brands with UKGC and MGA licence that aren't capping the NDB winnings and you can withdraw the winnings without making a deposit? I never came across one, that doesn't mean there aren't none :what:
Not sure about new customers but theres plenty who dont cap the winnings on ndb free spins for existing customers.
You must have missed my comment earlier in the thread, why don't you have an option to lock withdrawals?

Hi @brianmon,
Thank you for sharing!
I can't explain the logic behind your bonus-ban as I'm not familiar with your 'case'. I'm confident they had a valid reason, at least my experience is that they always did when I looked inside of individual case from forums/ player complains.
I'm not sure I'm helpful now :what:, but I will try to be more helpful in this particular topic in the future as I can see that it's an itch that needs a scratch :)
I can see the logic behind a bonus-ban, a lot of casinos do it. Although most only do it, if a player has taken too many bonuses.
WHG on the other hand, seem to be quite happy giving bonuses out, so long as the player is losing.
But will ban bonuses if a player wins too much or too often, irrespective of any previous loses.

The logic I don't understand is why also completely ban a player from all sites and close all their accounts.
It doesn't make business sense.
They've got the house edge on their side. They would have probably made the money back eventually.
But they seem quite happy to just write the money off, and not even give the player the chance of losing their winnings back in the future.

After all I'm just your average player, depositing around £50 at a time, playing slots only, and at reasonable stakes, usually less than £1. I just happened to get lucky a couple of times

Also is your company happy that WHG are dictating which players you can and can't accept?
Based on a player winning too much from a bonus on another site

VideoSlots comes to mind.
Although you do need to make a deposit to claim the signup free spins.
There is no cap on the winnings, and they're wager free.

Not had much experience with WHG and signed up here a while back in my tarty noob days but not really played yet.

Site looks good and lots of game selection. Lots of payment methods clearly laid out.

Agree a lock function would be preferable and have played plenty of no deposit bonuses, and withdrawn some with no penalty except the standard win limit.

The game exclusion list is quite long and also, some part % contribution. I dont mind so much as there are lots of games to choose from but is there a pop up to advise that when playing a bonus the game is excluded? Its a pain having to keep checking a list for me.

Bonus exclusion for taking too many bonuses is big negative for me. It gives me the wrong impression. I personally think casinos should manage their marketing and offers better. Its not a punters fault if you send an offer and they take it.

I'll deposit and try your winning games over the coming week.

Welcome and thanks for listening :)

Too lazy to write something new, hence, here my closing thoughts from my review of 21Casino.

"Overall, 21Casino is a trustworthy and reputable gaming hangout that doesn’t feature at the top but neither at the bottom. In essence, a middle-of-the-road online casino that ticks a lot of boxes but lacks a little personal touch and payments could be faster. Positives are the number of games that includes virtually all major and minor providers, the frequent promotions and the 24/7 support."

Used to love this casino and most white hat brands, got banned in the end for taking too many bonuses even though they txt/email you them etc, not just banned from bonuses either every account is perm banned from all sites, bit dramatic really

Used to play at this group but like many others I got bonus banned.
I havent been outright banned but not allowed to open accounts at new casino's in this group.
Dont play much at all anyway nowadays so not too bothered.

I will proably give 21 a bash again as they are making the effort on CM

kind of
if youre keen on bonsues, ok
if you dont take bonuses, do they treat you well, timely WDs, answer as needed?
bonuses are perks not givens

I was on a merry go round, closed a few of the accounts so as to only utilise maybe 1 or 2. As i closed one, they opened an already closed account, closed another, same thing so went to live chat and the response was to self exclude me for the maximum of 5 years - there was no 'self' involved here.

I wouldn't go back now anyway, my experience that day with chat made my mind up :)

Part of the white hat group of casinos. Very generous with bonuses but if you take to many you will be bonus banned. How many that is who knows.
I've not played at their casinos for years but that is due to my decission to stick to one or two regulars. They used to be quite generous, especially with their xmas promos.

I think that their issuing of bonus bans coincided with a time when they where ultra generous with giving out free spins daily during holiday periods. For weeks they gave free spins daily at a lot of their casinos which seen massive sign ups that where only interested in using those daily free spins.
Whatever you won from those free spins gave a playthrough which was set very clearly. But before you decided to deposit in order to attempted that playthrough we were able to wager our starting balance up or bust out.
Clearly too many took advantage of this without actually depositing anything unless they had the playthrough heavily in their favour.
No casino is a charity. I took advantage too

Agreed there mate, we all love a freebie but I also feel those who "take the piss" spoil it for us and others.

FWIW, I always made a deposit for my reloads/free spin offers, granted they were only £25 on average but at least (well the way I saw things) I was a loyal and regular depositor who was risking their funds and not just freebie hunting.

I also made, although not many a handful of cash only deposits across their sites as a show of continued loyalty / good faith when bonuses were not available on that particular day.

Openly admit I was well in front as their sites did seem lucky for me, cannot think of any other reason for the bonus ban.

Shame really as I have LP's across numerous sites which are also close to redeeming a free fiver lol :p o

hi Maja and thanks for the reply :) i understand capping a sign up free spins
but locking it as bonus funds until i have made a deposit ? and i dont mind verifying with a deposit usually do anyway but let me withdraw the winnings then keep it until ive made a deposit :)
and no i couldnt withdraw i tried it was locked as bonus funds :) so once i was at 60 bux i just played some HV games to get it down to zero. :D

Hi @colinsunderland :)
Sorry for not giving you a reply on your previous comment
The lock withdrawal option is indeed unfortunate not to have, we are working on it but we don’t have the tech in place yet. Our focus at the moment is improving our processing time with automated withdrawals, that is the No.1 priority.
I know this isn't ideal, but until we get this in place I can only refer to @Playford7 suggestion to use the 'lock account for 5 days' option.

Hi @brianmon
We have a centralized bonus abuse team run by WHG for the entire network which is something we get included in our fee's as a white label on the network. There are some 30+ sites and if someone goes and hits all the welcome bonuses on all brands its detrimental to every licensee. In general it's a fair reason.

When players are bonus banned and banned from opening new accounts it does not mean they cannot continue to play with their existing one. Even the mailer that the player banned from a bonus receives after being banned states their account remains open, just banned from bonus and opening new accounts. Existing are fine.

Cheers to Saturday night

Unfortunately not. The email I received clearly stated that ALL accounts would be closed, and that I shouldn't attempt to open any new ones.
Having just checked a couple of accounts, I'm met with this...

ScreenHunter 51.jpg

ScreenHunter 52.jpg

Also the ban and account closures, weren't due to opening new accounts, and taking multiple welcome bonuses.
It was due to taking bonus offers, that were emailed to me, for existing accounts.

This was the sequence of events (IIRC at Hello casino)
1. bonus offer received by email. bonus taken, wagered and a withdrawal made.
2. The next day - bonus offer received by email. bonus taken, wagered and a withdrawal made.
3. The following day. Bonus ban and accounts closure email

Same as above - I'd two accounts i used Spin Station and Miami something: I'd say i took a bonus every 4 deposits with Miami and even cash/bonus with SS. Banned from all accounts in the brand. Even though i was down overall.

Certainly serve better to have a system that allocates the offers to accounts to control bonus abuse from the offset - don't offer, people don't take: not rocket science.

Onto the brand - pending not great but they paid faster than that, found the sites a tad laggy but that's probably been sorted. CS was alright actually.

As a Bonanza player it makes no sense - there's no chance i'd be in profit at year end.

Hi @bamberfishcake :)
Happy Saturday to you and thank you for participating in our Baptism :cheerleader: (I love these emojis)

Regarding this "but is there a pop up to advise that when playing a bonus the game is excluded? "
We don't have a popup but we have clear terms, sig terms, split balances and ‘toasts’ when you start a game that tell you if you’re playing with bonus, bonus and cash or just cash. We did some research about how friendly those pop-ups are and we decided that a better solution is to separate the funds in a clear way so the player knows which funds are in play.

Hi @greylady :)

I'm sorry for your bad experience, I can't comment on it as I'm not familiar with your case and it's not my court.
I appreciate you shared your experience and I think other players here as well do. I hope you found your casino where you enjoy the play and the service.
I wish you a good luck and loads of wins

I can't comment on this nor search for more information as this isn't our brand. If there are any queries regarding 21 Casino, I could request more information and try to clear things out or at least try to. Our brands are - 21 Casino, Slot Planet, Casilando, PLayGrand and Fruity Casa.

I know that you all are commenting on WHG but please bare in mind that I'm representing here 21 Casino not the network.

Its good to see the rtp clearly stated when you hover over a game and especially to see that you offer games with the higher RTP . I will deposit at 21Casino this evening :)

@geordiecolin I love that feature as well, thanks for noticing it and sharing it here
