I like WHG casinos, however any casino who has a pending period where a withdrawal can be reversed, should have a lock option.

I had a great run on captain spins last month withdraw on sat night and got hit with 72 hours pending then 2 to 5 days to reach account no lock took a 3 day time out which in the end wasn’t needed as they processed it on Sunday hit my bank on Monday afternoon not bad at all.

You are right, as we are sharing our license with other WHG brands in Sweden bonus will not be available for you if you claimed the welcome bonus with some other brand/s from our group. As for the registration / depositing that is the 'Pay N Play' system of registering, we recently got it in place. Do you have a different experience with other brands in Sweden?

So why should WHG be making decisions like that on behalf of 21, a white label, and all the other white labels, which they don't directly own/manage, depriving them of a customer, just because that customer won at some of WHG's own sites?

I can't explain the logic behind your bonus-ban as I'm not familiar with your 'case'. I'm confident they had a valid reason, at least my experience is that they always did when I looked inside of individual case from forums/ player complains.
I'm not sure I'm helpful now , but I will try to be more helpful in this particular topic in the future as I can see that it's an itch that needs a scratch

Jokes aside, are there any brands with UKGC and MGA licence that aren't capping the NDB winnings and you can withdraw the winnings without making a deposit? I never came across one, that doesn't mean there aren't none
