We received a player issue regarding Grand Duke recently which reflects the general bad state of this casino's issues being discussed on our forums: player had flat-betted a deposit bonus through to a £7200 win. They requested withdrawal and on the day when payment was expected they were told their account was suspended and the payment denied:
Other players have reported similar problems with the casino. When we tried to contact them regarding the player's issue they refused to discuss it:
The "casino account owner" reported that nothing like "acknowledging this matter" was forthcoming from the casino. We tried to confirm that the casino did not wish to discuss player issues and received no response.
