A recent PAB has revealed that Futuriti Support will not discuss player issues in any meaningful detail. They make claims against the player but will provide no supporting material or evidence. Support claims that all such information is "secret" and available only to their Security department. In other words any dispute between a player and the casino goes no further than the "he said, she said" stage: it's the player's word against the Support person's claims and that is deadlock. The bottom line is that no real resolution of player issues is possible.
Be Aware: issues regarding Futuriti (futuriti.com) are not resolvable under the current casino policies. Any player issue regarding this casino can only be forwarded to them, we can't pursue it as we normally would. If and when the casino decides that they are able to cooperate with the Pitch-A-Bitch process this Warning can and will be revisited. Until then Futuriti players are pretty much on their own. Players are advised to proceed with extreme caution.
