Rogued YBets, is there a problem?

We’ve recently received reports that players are being abused at YBets, typically through payment delays and “investigations”. Apparently the casino keeps going offline and/or giving players who complain this response:

As it happens we’ve only just been made aware of this and have no direct experience with this ourselves.

So, the question is, have you? Have you had these sorts of issues at YBets?

If you win this casino, they deactivate your withdraw method and say they are sending it to the game providers for review which can take anywhere from 14-60 days (they claim)

This is not a special case, this is for every player. You can literally see dozens of complaints across multiple forums of them doing this. Many players not paid in 40+ days.

For me its been about 10 days non pay and my withdraw is disabled and funds put in playable account.

I will likely PAB here so Max can see what they are doing and he will likely list them as rogue so the community is safe from this casino group.

I have made withdrawal twice, money from wagered no deposit bonus. I had to make a deposit min 10$ and wager it three times. No verification at all, but Max win was about 50$, maybe that's why they didnt want any confirmation of my personal info. I converted won usdts to ltc and sent to binance. No problems at all. And i still receive free spins on emails, promo codes found on social media always work, so i really prefer ybets than for example Milky way or Energy casinos. After one withdrawn winning from free spins Milky way banned me and Energy removed forever daily boxes from my account...

You will also need to do the same to Immerion which is a sister site.

Snatch Casino used to be an altacore but is now a sister site of ybets too. All use the same skin. I don't think you guys have review for them but I guess you can avoid doing so if you make the decision to take down the Immerion and Ybets ones.

Now I see Immerion is claiming to be “a licensed online casino” but offers nothing in terms of details. Vague reference to Curaçao, vaguer reference elsewhere to the Seychelles, nothing to back any of that up.

I believe Inmerion was their name before rebranding to ybets, they then launched immerion. So technically Inmerion got phased out .

They might only show it to certain jurisdictions, although usually Canada is one of those and I tried a Canadian VPN but no luck.

Here add the certs for snatch and immerion, ybets is Anjouan iirc.

Ah yes, that does sound like it. Hell of a transition that one, “Inmerion” to “Immerion”! I’ll bet they had to break out the champagne to properly celebrate that.

Yeah that's my intentions. Make sure others are warned so they dont make the same mistake and play here.

Your guys review is pretty decent of them. Which is not deserved any longer.

For months they have been doing this to players. The entire group...snatch casino..immerion and now they just purchased iwild.

I checked your guys review and then checked another place where their rating was high but their thread for that casino was littered with dozens upon dozens of complaints. I just didnt see the thread until I ran into issues... otherwise I would never have deposited there.

Players are reporting they are getting paid after 4 months..some 6 months. Im almost at 2 months and no pay.

I dont know if my PAB is still active so i wont post too much about the case but just an fyi, they are engaging in shading verification tactics, lies and huge delays. Its clearly a strategy of sorts.

I also get daily deposit offers like im some sort of idiot. Bonus offers up to 400%...which worries me..it seems like they are doing everything to entice cash flow from players.

It was recently brought to our attention that players were having serious withdrawal problems at YBets. It so happened that one of those players was a long-time forum member so we invited them to file a PAB (Player Arbitration) request with us so we could look into the matter. Things did not go well.

We ran through our normal procedure with PABs which is to submit the case details and wait a bit to hear back from the casino. We received no reply.

We tried again, several times, and still nothing.

We finally sent them our final notice which informs them that not responding will be...

Just thought I would let people know I was finally paid after 92 days of lying, delays, stalling tactics.

As another forum has a closer relationship with them, they were able to have success after threatening the casino to lower their trust score.

So if this happens to you feel free to message me and I can direct you how to recover your funds. You will have to be patient though. No matter what happens they take 3-6 months to pay, various games etc
