My point is this, why is it OK for my email/personnel details to just be given/sold without my permission. I don't know this Jamie and haven't been on the P4K website since the DolphsLady was the mod there. I don't blame 'Jamie' from trying to distance his/her website from the nuts at P4K but he/she got my details from them somehow. This is the same thing as a casino selling your info to spammers.

At the P4K site, Wayne describes Jaime as his "partner", and not business partner. I'm assuming he means "significant other". However, I would not be surprised if Jaime is in fact ALSO Wayne's business partner.

I may believe that Wayne is a scammer, a charlatan, and a tool...but I don't believe any money exchanged hands on this. It's my personal belief that this Jaime's site makes (or he hopes will make) money that benefits Wayne.

Bought, bartered, or wrapped in a box...ultimately it doesn't matter. Wayne had no right to assume his membership would be OK with being used to benefit a site they did not sign up for.

If you had of researched a little more, you would have found the email we sent to all OLD Playin4keeps members via yuku that we were closing Christine site down because she abandoned it and were moving to our NEW one.

All members at P4K Gaming had to sign up from fresh.

So i guess this kills 2 comments made by you in previous months.

1.) Members signed up at will at our NEW site on there own accord.
2.) Check terms and conditions as you stated.

Well the problem is that now all of these members have to go read some t/c's to a forum they never asked to join and/or opt out. So I'm sure you can understand why some members are upset. It has nothing to do with old ezboard days or sponsers.

Usually I see a mail go out saying, 'hey go check out this forum'. Setting up a membership transfer is entirely different.

Why can't forums? Two wrongs don't make a right, that's why.

When people sign up at your - or any forum - they should be assured that their private info is to remain private. Giving third party access (what you refer to as "networking") is wrong - no matter if it's your "agreement" policy or not. There is a difference between sending your members promos etc., from your mail server and giving the information out to others. This is covered in Business Ethics 101 - perhaps you need a brush up course?

I am prepared to post a physical screen shot if allowed to prove that She signed up at our NEW site. So Annie Mac please provide the email address in which you received the emails in your thread please.

It is only fair we clear this up since you have accused us of Taken a database from the Old Yuku site.

The reason i have to use my P4K Gaming one, Is due to my Jumpstar account being disabled, Or i would have used Jumpstar, Either one is me which most would have gathered......lol

Jumpstar is me and my account so is P4K Gaming. Jamie doesn't even a member on this site and i dont blame him if he never becomes one.

If she wants her email account removed and user name then she would have to provide that to us. There is no other way to get rid of that account from my site or Jamies.

I think if you are going to accuse someone of something, you should provide stuff to prove that Accusation. Just because you may be a mod or respected person doesn't make them always right. I would like to clarify the date she signed up at our site, Because i know for a fact she did. And her email that it came to so i can remove it, Or she will be getting more emails. Going by our hosting company's terms, She must provide these details so we can remove or any complaints will be invalid.

I would like her to also contact Yuku since she made this accusation so she can see for herself we cannot transfer the members database from YUKU.

OK, Wayne. I will finish what I started. I joined the old original Playin4Keeps when you and DolphsLady were running it. Then you changed it to P4K and my info went with you. Then Gamblers Paradise but I never bothered with that. I don't know how many years ago that was but if Bryan will check my start date here, it was before that.

Would you be willing to provide your username so we can remove you and clear this little issue up? The username we have on file for your I.P the username starts with "D" and Ends in "T" is this you??

I have never had any other user name than what I originally signed up with and if you will read the email I received from GambleStop you will see that it doesn't 'start with a D and end with a T'.

Just to further clarify, besides the Meister, there are a few members here who know my real name, Robwin for one, and they can verify that my name does not 'start with a D and end with a T' either.

ALSO i advise anyone to contact YUKU to confirm that a person is un-able to copy a database from there software.

I have found a number of accounts under your I.P Address, I have deleted the one you mentioned here, But if you have signed up under another name then it is out of my control to what email you receive.

Wayne/Jumpstar/P4K Gaming has issued an apology to his members for sharing the data base. Kind of late, but at least he did it. He could have dug in and kept up the pretense that sharing his members' info was a good thing.

Swampy even tho IT issued a apology doesnt mean he will quit sharing I hardly doubt he will at all bet he is selling that list like hotcakes

I don't think anyone with half a brain would believe that the two websites are completely separate and anyone with any info at all of the dirty dealings throughout the years will stay far, far away.
