OMG, I really wish I knew what the requirements to be tech support for Titan Poker is. Here is a blow by blow account of the Email Support I have recieved from them in attempting to set up an account. (BTW, the only reason I have kept this up is because of morbid curiousity)

Subject: Problems creating an account

I am currently stationed in South Korea (I am an US Soldier) and i was trying to sign for an account on Titan Poker.

Unfortunately (due to some local scandals) the casinotropez.com site (where the sign-ups are re-directed) is blocked as an illegal gambling site.

I am still able to execute the titan poker client and see the table summaries. So I know I can still play.

Is there anyway I can get an account by any other means? If I get an account from any other means, how would I be able to deposit money in to my account? (I should have been clearer here, and asked if it will effect money deposits or not)

Thanks

Dear Stephen,

Thank you for contacting Titan Poker.

Good day! This is Gina of the Support Team and I am happy to assist you.

CasinoTropez is an affiliate Casino site of Titan Poker. If you really meant to create an account in Titan Poker and play only poker games with other real players, please download and create an account directly through this link:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

WHAT?????? The screen shots showed that I had installed your program and attemped to create an account through the client

We do not have any restrictions against players registering an account and playing with us at the country you are at. However, if you are unsure of the legality of online gambling within your country we suggest that you contact your legal council and/or your local, city or state authorities for verification.

I never said that you were restricting me, I said the Korean Government was

And my response is .....

Maybe I can make this a little bit clearer .....

To: support@titanpoker.com

Subject: Re: Message from Titan Poker [#1537720]

Let me break this down even further ......

When I use the SetupPoker.exe to install Titan Poker, I am able to connect to your server. Everything is good right there ...

When I click on "setup an account" the program redirects to CasinoTropez.com, where the sign up application is hosted.

Due to some scandels that have been occurring lately in South Korea the Korean Government has blocked CasinoTropez.com. (I know you have no restrictions on who logs in), hence i can not sign up for an account directly through your software. I have included screenshots in my previous Email showing this.

I am on a United States Military Post, making where I am residing a US territory, hence I am not subject to the Korean Laws; unfortunately they supply the Internet services to me, so I am still subject to this blockage.

I have been asking if there is another way to set up an account? Maybe ask me the questions here, and I will then give you the answers?

Dear Stephen,

Thank you for contacting Titan Poker.

Hello Stephen! This is Gina once again of the Support Team happy to assist you.

Yes, Stephen, we have received the screenshots you have previously sent and we appreciate it. However, we need additional clearer screen shots of the exact pop-up window and error you are getting. Please try to create an account again and once you get the error, please follow these steps:

I sent them screen shots before but you want clearer ones ???? I guess I should take REAL screen shots this time, maybe I should also capture it in a movie also

1. Press the Print Screen(Print Screen) button near the top right of your keyboard, above the Insert key.
2. Open a new Microsoft Word document and press CTRL and the letter V simultaneously; the image now appears in the word document.
3. You should then save the word document to a location on your PC, and send it to us as an attachment with another email.

Once we receive the screen shot, we will promptly investigate and give you applicable recommendations to resolve the issue that you are experiencing.

We really appreciate your cooperation and interest in Titan Poker. Trust that we are going to assist you in every step until the issue you are having is resolved.

We'd like to see you in the tables soon!

Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the Titan Poker Support Team. We are available 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week.

As per your request, here is the screenshots, eventually breaking down to the point when it shows that your sign-up page is on a website that is blocked by the Korean Government.

Again, I request for an alternate means of signing up.

Dear Stephen,

Thank you for contacting Titan Poker.

Greetings!

This is Dion from the Support Team.

Our technical team has analyzed your problem, one of the probable reason why you cannot create an account is due to the South Korea Government Policy.

ROFL LOL ROFL LOL ROFL, And we JUST figured this out. These guys are a complete trip. We just figured that it might be being blocked, but lets try this gibberish techniques listed below:

It could also be that you have not yet updated the Internet Explorer 6 version. We also saw that you have a Spybot S&D installed to your computer, we suggest you to disable this application. The best solution is to uninstall Spybot and try if you can enter to the cashier, if this solution works, you should reinstall Spybot and check if the Titan Poker site is not in Spybot blacklist.
We hope this clarifies your concern.

Have a good day Stephen,

That is the reason.

I am running the latest version.

Did what you suggested, still the same result.
In fact I went to 3 other computers at different locations, and still the same result.

Again, please give me another alternate means of signing in.

Here is a suggestion, Email me the application, and I will email it back.

Should this not correct the problem, perhaps a different deparment here at Casinomeister may be of some assistance. Please feel free to post again should you feel the urge to tear your hair out coming on. Thanks once again for your patronage.

Dear Stephen,

Thank you for contacting Titan Poker.

Good day! This is Suzie from the Support Team and were glad to be of assistance.

Stephen, we understand how you feel. Please note that we are more than happy to assist our valued customers via email or via online chat support. However, since the previous representative has mentioned that our Technical Departments suggestion was not able to help you, we are afraid that we can no longer assist your needs.

You may try to uninstall the software and try to install it again and if the same error will happen, you can send us a screenshot of the actual error message. This information will further assist us to resolve your concern.

In order to send a screen shot you must first display the image you wish to capture on your PC screen. Once the image is clearly visible, press the Print Screen(Print Scrn) button near the top right of your keyboard; above the Insert key. Next, open a new Microsoft Word document and press CTRL and the letter V simultaneously; the image now appears in the word document. You should then save the word document to a location on your PC, and send it to us as an attachment with an email.

I have already sent screen caps TWICE Thats it .. I need to shoot a video of this happening.

Your patience and cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Have a pleasant day ahead, Stephen!

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
There is NOTHING that I can do about that.

But Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) is not blocked, nor is your client software.

I have already re-installed the client, un-installed Spybot, taken the firewall down, tested on other computers are different geographical locations.

All I want is a simple yes or no answer. Can you just simply give me the questions from the account creation page through this email, and you can create the account for me?

If not, I'll just take my money elsewhere.

Ohhh, throwing the money line out there:D :D

Thanks

There is many solutions ...

I can create an account from someone in the US, there is other solutions also.
I can go to

and go directly to webpage and create an account that way.

But the issue of the tech support, is that they are so worthless. They do not lift a finger or have an iota of ability to think on their own. Hell look at the vast majority of their responses. They are all cut and paste. That is why I suspect it is almost an AI program that answers their emails. :p :p

"we got your screen shots from before, but w ask if you can send them again, btw here is HOW to do the screen shots" **sigh**

Thanks for sharing. I went through tons of trouble getting an account set up there and a deposit. In disgust my last email was telling them I am just going to withdraw and play elsewhere because of there poor support. They then sent me a reply stating I had to play a certain amount of hands in order to get the bonus....I didn't bother emailing them asking when I tried to withdraw the bonus money in my account.

I wouldnt Hold My Breath.

Well at least I see I am not the only one that is feeling less then satisfied by their tech support.

I only had a real interest in their bonus tournaments, like the $1,000,000 free roll, because I know I can qualify for it. But with tech support like this, it scares me to even deposit money with them.
