Hmm never asked for free spins so wouldnt know but getting between 60 and 240 spins twice a week no wager no limit for a depsit sounds good to me
Wheras Videoslots you might need multiply depsits to get to the tournements where if lucky you might win 5-20 spins a week ?

Bank IS fine but only problem IS that Even you have accepted withdrawal IT still can Be reversed... That just doesnt feel right.

Seems like you're allowed two withdrawals per day if you're playing in EUR, USD, INR, RUB, ZAR, AUD, CAD, NZD, NOK.

Probably why the third was rejected.

SoftSwiss’ Payment System Provider is using many different card processors from around the world to optimize card acceptance rates.
Thus, transactions might appear from different countries in the card statement.

I can confirm that there was a duplicated game activated with the lower RTP settings. At the same time, the original game with default RTP was also available for playing. Duplicated game has been removed now.

Not sure what happened exactly as we are always adding only the highest possible RTP when there is an option to select this.

Apologies for any inconvenience and feel free to let us know if you will manage to find any other game with lower RTP settings. We are also trying to track everything on our side.

Biggest win: 333x that happened on low bet
Total FS cumulative payout: ~200€
Cannot recall ever being so destroyed on a otherwise max rtp casino, and in such short period. 1.5K off that went in book of dead 3 lines, 1.50-2.40 bets, 6-7 features only all paying under 30x, not a single 4-letter expansion and all lost trying to double them up.
Conclusion, not enough is being given back to an all time loser and never won in the lottery either. Is anyone winning anything worth a mention over here????

it is pretty hard to win in a lottery as big players purchase too many tickets to increase their chances.
There were definitely several CasinoMeister members who were lucky enough to win in our lotteries in the past.
Hopefully, you will be luckier to hit big wins in Book of Dead with your next gaming session, but please be informed that we are running regular RTP there so chances are equal to any other casino with the same RTP settings, but it also matters of luck.

Not really sure what is happening exactly, but there are new games appearing in our backend with lower RTP, and these are automatically launched, so we will try to check this with SoftSwiss to find some proper solution, or maybe to do something on our side, as an example to add information table in the search bar next to each slot:

Regarding the question about "both games have 94%"
there is a technical issue where there is the same link for both of these games, so no matter which game from the list (money train 2) has been launched there is always the same game launched with the same RTP settings, so in our case, it was game with the 94% RTP.

I have the disabled duplicated game and now you can load the only available option and it will have original RTP settings:

Please be also informed that (as I understand) in any game categories there are only original RTP games as these are added manually one by one by us, where we are double checking to add correct games, but if there is duplicated game with lower RTP settings then it is only possible to find such game through the Search bar. I might be wrong, but I think it is working this way.

Before you continue playing any game at Winz.io please always check RTP settings below the game window and if you will find anything again then let us know.
