Withdrawal issues at winz

i have problems at winz with my withdrawal.
Yesterday i had make a little withdrawal, but the withdrawal was "rejected" ... again and again.
4 times i have try it :-(

Last Night i had an email answer:

Good morning,

Kindly inform you that your transaction was declined due to insufficient balance on the ISP side, we have passed the request on to our colleagues to replenish the funds.
We will approve your withdrawal request as soon, as we will receive an update from them.
Thank you a lot for your patience!

Today i was in chat and the CSA told me that the issue is from the side of the casino.
Now i must wait.

What does the email mean?
That the casino have not enough money to pay me???

Sorry, but my english is very bad!

Anybody such a problem at winz too???

Edit: Now the problem ist solved. Now i have my money
