I wouldnt exactly say the rep is ignoring you, he responded to you Friday and Saturday saying funds should arrive this week - if they don't by Friday I'd elevate it to @maxd perhaps then, but being 'stuck' isnt anything new

@Winz.io casino i noticed that there was complaint about same thing in askgamblers, that player received money on monday. So do i have to make complaint before you start doing something ? You must have transaction ID from your payment and you can use it to trace payment ? If you dont do that give me that info... Tomorrow will be 5th day and if i dont get paid then it will not arrive until next week tuesday since bank holidays, and that makes it 10 day wait.
 
I'm sure Winz rep will show up tomorrow, we all have been away and busy with London conference during the whole previous business week :) Not an excuse, but might be a reason :)

As there were no updates from you we do believe that funds have finally arrived at your bank.

Previously there was no reason for us to respond to your last messages and copy/paste the same answer again and again that "payment has been approved on our side, so further transaction processing (which usually takes up to 5 working days) is on the bank side and there is no option for us to track its status or speed it up".

Once again we would like to apologize for any inconvenience for the delay on the payment provider side.

We have already provided you with payment confirmation from the bank, but for some reason funds are stuck somewhere between, so there is no estimated time when funds will arrive or if they will arrive at all, as this is on the bank side and there is absolutely nothing we can do to speed up this payment or track it.

There will be no other bank payment as most probably it will get lost as well and you are not willing to use any of the alternative payment methods that we have offered (Skrill, Neteller, Crypto, etc) or even refused to use any of these payment methods in case if any of your friends are using them, so there is nothing else we can do.

Seems like it's time for @maxd to step in and help with this situation :)
Unfortunately this person has been PAB-banned for being totally impossible to deal with. They ignore the PAB rules, they won't listen to advice given, they won't respond to questions about their case(s) with the information requested, etc. We can only do so much to help someone, if they won't do anything to help themselves then ... I believe "goodbye and good luck" was what I said when we parted ways.

As to the issue here the general rule is that a player is welcome to post about their issue and seek assistance. If that turns into a ranting crusade against the casino then they are un-welcome to continue in that vein. I'm catching up after a couple of days away so I'll have to read over what's been going on with Owusu here and decide if they've crossed the line.
