Hey all,

Do any of you guys ever get the weekly cashback at Winz. I have never received it.. Ever. Its actually pretty disappointing at how bad their bonuses are and the annoying thing is over the last couple of weeks I've deposited quite a bit of crypto there - maybe 2.5k in bitcoin and played a lot. I lost it all and made no withdrawals. With other casino's like stake you would always get a decent weekly bonus and it was generally a pretty good bonus when you are down for the week.

The previous week I deposited $1,500, made a whopping $4 from a wheel and got $13 from rakebacks yet customer service apparently said I wasn't entitled to any cashback due to the $17 I received.

They may advertise how generous their bonuses are but the reality is that their bonuses are dogshit.

Winz is far from what is used to be. It's gone totally down the tubes.

They have lowered the RTP on all their slots and the rewards don't match your play.

I would find another place to play in all honesty.

Yeah I would but unfortunately where I live we are limited for choice.

Both Winz.io and Oshi in top 5 is misleading new members to spend hard earned money, just
to find out themselves that the casinoes are mediocre compared to topshelf casinos like
All British Casino, Betsson and Lottomart to pick a few.

My first years at Casinomeister i was convinced these two casinos had paid for their (p)rank.
I completely agree. At Winz.io, I never get anything back for all the deposits I've made, considering I've never cashed out at this casino. When I request some fees or cashback, they never give me anything at that moment. I decided to close the account in the end.
Unlike other casino I play with, it always has good cashback, considering that nowadays it's quite difficult to win enough to keep playing.

@Winz.io casino are you able to share some details as to how bonuses work at your casino? Do you have different bonuses or is it mainly focused around the welcome bonus?

Can players earn cashback for loyal play or reload bonuses for regular deposits? Would be good to get some clarification from the top-rated casino at Casinomeister.

I think a related but important issue here is the matter of user input on casino ratings. TBH our User Ratings system is over a decade old and in serious need of some renovations and repairs. I won’t burden readers with the details but there are some fairly major software restructuring efforts going on in the background at Casinomeister and projects like "User Ratings 2.0” — aka UR2 — have been on hold until that stuff is complete.

That said I think it would be timely AND appropriate for us to start discussing what UR2 should be, how players would access it, what it should look like, etc.

Would that be a topic of interest? Of course we’d spin off a new thread for it and all that but since the subject has come up here it seemed worth mentioning.

PS. in a current and ongoing PAB the Winz rep has told us he’s on vacation for the next several days. I would expect that to have a deleterious effect on the timeliness of their response.

I should add a little to the above to help clarify things a little:

Over recent years a few loyal readers — @oslopoker for instance — have gently but firmly pointed out that our User Rating system fell to pieces years ago and that some new efforts are needed to make the Ratings more current and meaningful. All 100% true, and many thanks to @oslopoker and others for doing so.

So here we are, soon to be in a position to make good on that. The question is what should it be? What would really be good and helpful for the readers? What could/should we be doing in the User Ratings 2.0 project to make those Ratings meaningful, relevant and a true and trustworthy guide for the readership.

Take for example the idea that casinos can pay for their ratings to be bumped up. It’s totally not true, they can’t, and I personally have told more than one operator exactly that. And it does hurt us to do so — less revenue, fewer back-links, less cooperation on things like the PABs, etc — but we’d be just another crappy sell-out site if we did so … not happening.

The point is that as things stand the readership only has our word on that, there is nothing to prove that it isn’t the case nor show how their own input can help influence the final Rating. And that’s what we want to change. But it’s a big project, our parent company will need to allocate expensive resources to that effort, so we might as well get it right. And that’s where you guys come in because your input can shape the future of this project.

So if this sounds like a good thing, something you want to see discussed and debated here on the forums before the final product falls out of the sky and we’re stuck with it, then maybe just  this post. Easy for you to do but it tells us a lot in terms of where we should be focusing our efforts.

Greetings everyone and sorry for delay!

Let me share some more information on our bonuses and rewards and try to break it down in a clear way.

At Winz we do things a bit differently when it comes to bonuses. Our philosophy is simple — no wagering requirements, no hidden strings, just real rewards you can actually enjoy.

1. Welcome Bonus – Wheel of Winz
Your first deposit unlocks a spin of the Wheel of Winz, with the wheel tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) depending on how much you deposit.
Prizes range from free spins to up to $10,000 in cash — all completely wager-free.

2. WinzUp Loyalty Program
This is our long-term rewards system built around real-money bets across casino games and sports. You start at Level 0 and progress through 20 levels, moving up through Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers.

Here’s how it pays off:
  • Daily Rakeback: Starting at 5%, paid automatically every day at 00:00 UTC — up to 10% at higher tiers.
  • Weekly Cashback: Credited every Monday, based on your net losses from the prior week — up to 15% for top-tier players.
  • Level-Up Bonuses: Get a rakeback boost every time you level up, with extra rewards for crypto players (up to ~10%).
And yes — everything is zero wagering. You can withdraw your rewards immediately.

3. Custom Welcome Bonuses
If you prefer something more specific, we offer three alternative welcome options:
  • Crypto Cashback: 20% unlimited cashback on your net crypto losses, paid daily for 7 days.
  • Live Casino Cashback: 10% daily insurance on your live casino play for your first 14 days. No upper limit.
  • Sports Bonus: 100% match bonus up to €100 — with no rollover requirement.

Thanks for the explanation and the message, someone from Winz contacted me and gave a nice bonus, so I appreciated that.

That being said I was a bit disappointed with the weekly cashback that Winz offers however. From my perspective if its cashback on losses it should be exactly that. Instead whatever we win on the Winz wheel or any bonus impacts what we get on the cashback. I was losing every week and not making any withdrawals and barely received any cashback for weeks. I was told that the small wins I had on the wheel of winz etc impacted that.

I compare the bonuses Winz offers compared to what Stake offers and I'm sorry but Winz falls way short. Stake provides weekly and monthly bonuses and its based on wagering... and all their bonuses are "wager free" too.

Im experiencing the same thing. I signed up at Winz this week curious about what the site with the top ranking spot was all about. And while customer support have been very friendly i've found the bonuses - which i was initially intrigued by because of the wager-free aspect of them - to be totally disappointing. 10 cent free spins, miniscule cashback based on the way they calculate, and i just learned now after speaking with customer support that i wont be receiving any weekly cashback for the same reason as spindoctor99.

There are a lot of crypto casinos with daily, weekly and monthlhy rakeback that dont deduct bonuses. The more you deposit the more you get, but even when youve had lighter day/weeks/month you still get a cut. And wager free too. I've played at Gamdom for a few years no (and was for a couple years until i decided to diversify my deposits a bit) and VIP or not at Gamdon I can always depend on my weekly and monthly rakeback giving me a nice, dependable chunk to play with or withdraw instantly. If i had deposited and wagered as much as I had this week at Gamdon, i'd be getting something like 100 bucks tonight for weekly rakeback. Before i found Gamdon and other crypto casinos I played a lot at King Billy - so much that im at the highest VIP level... and I played a bit at BitStarz too... and it seems no matter how hard the Dama NV casinos try to structure their bonuses competitively they still come up short for me... which is a shame because i find the customer support to be amongst the friendliest. But i think the Winz experience these past two weeks might be enough for me to stop trying to make something work thats just not working for me.
