I hereby advise not to play at www.wildvegascasino.com :

07-09-04 I deposited 100$ and wagered this amount 15x times to be granted the 222$ sign-up bonus. After meeting the wagering requirements the bonus kicked in correctly and I cashed out my initial deposit+winnings (also winnings resulting from the bonus). This cash-in was returned 6 days (!) later - with the absurd explanation:

To date you have wagered $1,741.00. You are required to wager $4830.00
prior to being eligible for withdrawal

Since this does not make sense at all Ive sent them the following email several times but up to now they just keep ignoring my emails:

Wait a minute:

In the "Promotions" section of your homepage it says this:

Initial Deposit Offer:
The introductory Bonus will be added to a player's account, as soon as a
deposit is made.

The terms and conditions on the initial deposit are as follows:

a.. Deposit must be between $10.00 and $100.00.
b.. The deposit made must be played 15 times or to 90% loss before the
bonus will be added to the account.
c.. The sign-up bonus is non cashable and the maximum amount you can cash
out is $2000.

I have wagered 15xmy deposit (= 15x 100 $ ) therefore the bonus was granted
correctly. Then I was eligible to withdraw my initial deposit+possible
winnings (also winnings resulting from the bonus). This is exactely what I
did.

How do you come to the conclusion that there are still several thousand
dollars more to be wagered??

regards

Lukas

Furthermore their livechat-feature is never available...

I strongly reccommend not to play at this casino.

greetings
Lukas

... revolting rules !

This figure of $4830 was derived from (d+b)*15 (100+222)*15 = 4830.
But T@C does not say you have to wager the bonus 15 times only your deposit.
You have a good case against them but save that page somewhere for future referance just in case if they change T@C.

For the first time within the last 14 days or so livechat was available:

Mark: If that is correct it does look like you won $30. I will pass this information on to the accounting department to review.

Mark: If that is correct it does look like you won $30. I will pass this information on to the accounting department to review.
you: according to your T&Cs Im also allowed to withdraw winnings RESULTING FROM THE BONUS (but not the bonus itself). So I havent won 30$ but 252 $ !
you: Besides that this does NOT explain wagering requirements of $4830.00 as stated in the email I recieved
Mark: I will pass this information on to the accounting department to review.
Mark: please expect a reply within 24 hours.
you: I see and they will get in touch with me then?
you: Ok, thanks very much so far!
you: Godbye!

today I recieved this email:
Excuse us for the confusion regarding your request. Previously the terms
for the 222% initial deposit bonus did require a 15 times wagering of the
deposit and bonus. When we first processed your account the wrong cut off
date for the wagering rules was used.

We now have processed your withdrawal. It will be hitting your neteller
account tomorrow.

Accounting
Wild Vegas Casino.

"so far- so good" I thought but then reviewed my withdrawal history:

They had removed 222$ from my withdrawal request in the amount of 352$!!!

Thats why I intented to write the following letter to them but as so many times before the email comes back because it couldnt be delivered.... - what a BS:

Hello,

thank you for your fast response.

When reviewing my withdrawal history I saw this:
ID Date Type Amount Confirmation Payment Type

xxxx 7/22/2004 7:33:42 PM DC $222.00 Withdrawal declined: Firepay - Card

xxxx 7/22/2004 7:32:32 PM AP $130.00 Withdrawal approved: Firepay -Card

xxxx 7/17/2004 5:49:41 AM RR $352.00 Red.Request: NETeller Direct 4

Now, why were 222$ removed from my withdrawal request of 352$ ? After
meeting the wagering requirements I cashed-in my deposited funds + winnings
at that stage and kept playing with the remaining bonus funds of 222$ . Then
I cashed in my winnings RESULTING FROM THE BONUS but never the bonus itself.
Eventually I summed up several withdrawal requests to one request in the
amount of 352 $.
Could you please explain that to me!

regards

Lukas

This whole thing is really starting to piss me off... :-(

stay away from this place if you want to be paid fast and without bothering complications....

Yup funny as hell!

I think it was more of a wise-ass remark. That CSR's whole attitude seemed pretty cheeky through that live chat session.

Lukas, that is how many of those sticky bonuses work. When you make your first cashin, they withdraw the bonus amount from that cashin and send you the balance. That part is usually spelled out in the T&C pretty clearly at places that use sticky bonuses.

well, I wasnt too sure whether this guy is just silly or whether he simply wanted to tease me...

JPM, if it was a sticky bonus like at many playtech casinos, working the way you just described there should be some paragraph like:

All PLAY BONUS credits are for wagering purposes only. No withdrawal will be honored for an amount less than the PLAY BONUS. Upon your FIRST withdrawal (regardless of the number of deposits), any amount up to the equivalent value of the PLAY BONUS will be deducted from your play balance or winnings prior to settlement. The first credits wagered will be deducted from your deposit(s) rather than from the PLAY BONUS.

instead it only says at WVC:

The sign-up bonus is non cashable and the maximum amount you can cash out is $2000.

from that statement one can draw the conclusion that you can go on playing solely with the bonus money after cashing-in deposit+possible winnings before and that you can withdraw winnings resulting from play with the bonus. Wouldnt you think so, too?

Lukas

Nope. Me, personally? I'd assume that the bonus was sticky and would be withdrawn from the casino upon your withdrawal of your deposit and/or winnings.

The first paragraph is obviously clearer about it, but I'd err on the side of the caution and still believ what I've said above if I saw the second one.

The key part of the conditions is probably this "the sign up bonus is NON-CASHABLE". When it says that it usually means that the bonus is sticky.

To me its too ambiguous to know which way it would work. I probably would call and email to find out exactly how it works, the email being to backup what's said in the phone call and to have it in writing. But all that shouldn't be necessary if they'd just write it up clearly in the first place.

well Ive now recieved at least 130$ . The 222$ were removed completely and it make no sense to try to fight for them to be returned.

You still better avoid this place if youre looking for some trouble-free gambling...

I have been waiting for a cashin since July. The first time it was refused because it wa "less than the bonus" (so what?). The second time I requested it (4 August) it is still pending now.
They close 'tickets' without replying, and I have yet to see live chat available. Plenty of messages left, but none replied to.

They coughed up $82 in the end; they owed me $110 but I'll take whatever I can get and not return.

Casinomeister come forward and disclose immediately what sort of deal you've got with this casino group :D

I'd say take that 130 and stay away. The casino made a mistake (intentional or not) in not paying you that 130 in the first place but the sum of 130 seems right, as the 222 is non cashable.

The bonus terms are terrible. Why would you want to take that sort of offer in the first place? With a maximum payout of 2000 bucks, 222 sticky bonus, etc., that's just plain bad.

Stick to Casinomeister's casinos if you're uncertain about whom you can trust.
