Need Help - Yabby Casino Not Paying

I’ve played at Yabby for several years now and have never had an issue until now. Last night I made a $40 deposit with bitcoin with no bonuses attached (my account isn’t even eligible for bonuses anymore because I’ve won more than I’ve lost).

Yabby grants casino credit immediately as soon as you send funds from your wallet, so I start playing slots and after about 2 hours I ran it up to a little over $1k. I submitted a withdrawal request and woke up this morning to see it was denied because my deposit was “unconfirmed”. I go to my bitcoin wallet and notice it’s unconfirmed so I increase the transaction fee and wait about an hour and then it’s fully confirmed.

I go back and request another withdrawal and it gets denied again and they tell me that the winnings are voided because they were won with “unconfirmed” funds. How is that even possible if they grant credit immediately? If that’s the case everyone would be playing with unconfirmed funds initially.

they are trying to say that deposit never reached the account, but it did when I increased the transaction fee in my wallet, but they are counting this as a separate deposit that nothing has been wagered on.

Can anyone help? They blatantly stole $1k from me.

Our PAB service is the most established Online Casino complaint center - full stop.
That’s strange. So if you waited until the transaction was fully confirmed, then made the withdrawal request it would have been okay, I assume?

I tend to use LiteCoin (LTC) or BitCoin Cash (BCH) simply because the transactions are cheaper and confirm much faster than BitCoin. I realize this doesn’t help you now but think about it in the future.

For now… I would consider possibly opening a PAB. Max and team will be able to help you if you have a legitimate case (which I think you probably do, but it seems complicated because of the timing) Good Luck! I hope it works out for you

lt just doesn’t make any sense to me either and I actually emailed them back asking what I should have done differently and I’m waiting on a response. Their logic is flawed about playing on “unconfirmed funds” because they grant credit immediately. And the only way to get it confirmed faster was to increase the transaction fee, which I did and it confirmed within an hour. I normally use LTC but had some money in BTC from another casino so I used that. I did file a PAB so I guess we will see. Sounds like to me there are just looking for reasons to deny this withdrawal, which isn’t right.

@hcolwick
If you filed a PAB, you should stop posting about this!

Read the PAB do and dont’s. Discussing your case in the forum with an ongoing PAB isn’t allowed.

I hope it works out for you. @maxd is a great resource and will look at your case honestly and fairly.

what's a Pab
It used to be called "Pitch A Bitch" (a complaint)
But due to political correctness, CM changed the name to Player ArBitration.

It's Casinomeisters' FREE service to help players who have problems with online casinos.

Well for starters.. where do these companies get their names from? Yabby Casino?? in Australia that's what we call a freshwater crayfish. I look forward to seeing their sister casino.. Crab Casino.

Secondly most casino's that accept bitcoin will credit your account when they receive one confirmation. The issue here though, why are they crediting your account if your not allowed to use the funds. Everyone that deposits bitcoin would be breaking those rules.
