I’m writing because I have an issue with Oshi Casino, and I haven’t received my withdrawal. I won 900 € and made a withdrawal request. My account is fully verified (KYC is completed), and everything seems fine. Initially, I tried to withdraw to my bank card, but the casino canceled the request without any explanation and advised me to use a bank transfer instead.
I made a new withdrawal request via bank transfer, but it has now been in pending status for 6 days, and I haven't received my funds. Customer support isn’t providing clear answers either.
Has anyone else had similar experiences with Oshi Casino? What is the normal waiting time, and how should I proceed in this situation?
