Oshi casino withdrawal problem

Hi,

I’m writing because I have an issue with Oshi Casino, and I haven’t received my withdrawal. I won 900 € and made a withdrawal request. My account is fully verified (KYC is completed), and everything seems fine. Initially, I tried to withdraw to my bank card, but the casino canceled the request without any explanation and advised me to use a bank transfer instead.

I made a new withdrawal request via bank transfer, but it has now been in pending status for 6 days, and I haven't received my funds. Customer support isn’t providing clear answers either.

Has anyone else had similar experiences with Oshi Casino? What is the normal waiting time, and how should I proceed in this situation?

Worst casino in my opinion. Playing for a decade Big Bass slots. Here are the chances equal to 0. Every deposit is dead after minutes. Wins once in 50 feature bonuses over 30x the stake.
Chat gpt says chance for a win over 200x the stake is under 3%, after I uploaded the last 50 screenshots of my wins.
Just because they pay fast and are accredited doesn't means they should be in the tops here.
