They are not judged for being easy to win at, they are judged on the service, such as paying quickly, employing people who know what they are talking about on the CS desk, etc.

Hmmm, for what it's worth, I've never been able to appreciate why 32Red is so highly thought of. This is obviously a highly controversial thing to say, I know but don't people find the graphics really inferior to the online casinos of the UK's "Big 6", for example? I do have a 32Red account myself and I'm under no doubt it is fair and all above board, but does anyone else find it rather bland and ...well.... not to put too finer point on it, rather dull?

It's all down to the software. You would find any MGS Viper casino equally dull. MGS have tried innovations for the newer games, but not much has been done to improve the player experience with the lobby.

Browser based casinos that host games have greater design flexibility in terms of presentation, and this is what you tend to see with the "big six". Browser based casinos though come with a different set of problems.

I often come across script errors or laggy browser action when interacting with an MG casino. Couple this with the fact I have never been personally sent any email from 32Red regarding any promo, then I just don't feel enticed to play there.

I swear on oath that Red Letter awards do indeed exist. I have received plenty.

I suspect that they are not random, but somehow based on activity. It would explain why some players never see them, whereas others see plenty.

It is also clear that one's lifetime position at the casino is not what matters, but one's loyalty, deposit, bonus, and playing history. I am so far up at 32Red that any other MGS casino would have long since banned me from any kind of promotion, as indeed many have, including accredited ones.
