32red have gone stale, although stale on a very high plateau. They are limited in what they can achieve by the MG platform, now getting dated and worn out. I would now rate them slightly behind quite a few casinos now, which is in a way positive as it shows we can have 32red standards on other softwares and 32red reliability elsewhere.

I've said the same thing more or less to Pat about 32 Red being limited by their software. I'm not the biggest fan of Microgaming but I stay at 32 Red because of the good customer service and unlike some other members I've had my best MG play time there.

Since Netent became an alternative I've pretty much stopped playing Microgaming. There are better paying slot providers out there than MG and while I don't play primarily to win (although a welcome benefit) I do continue playing MG for the same reason I play RTG and that's because the slots are interesting. I don't spend much on MG or RTG.

So IMPO 32 Red is a casino that's being held back by it's software provider

32Red are a great group and they used to be one of the fastest casino to make payments but it seems like 24 hours just is not fast enough these days. Along with your examples Redbet and Unibet you have Nordicbet and the whole Betsson group which pay under 6 hours (under 2 hours personally) and a few more casinos are starting to push under the 12 hour mark.

About the software, I can tell you going by some of the stats I have that the casinos that have more then one provider e.g Microgaming, Netent and WMS is that Microgaming gets played far less then the others.

It would be great if 32Red became multi platformed and looked into maybe speeding up withdrawals just a touch (instead of twice daily). But regardless you know these guys will pay, there V.I.P program is one of the better ones (albeit took ages to get into) and this is why I continue my support there.

Ok, it's definitely one of the very best out there, but there's 3 things that frustrate me about 32Red

1. The flash casino is far too volatile, and constantly loses connection leaving spinning reels (very annoying when playing IR as you're not sure if a Wild Desire is about to drop in or the connection has gone!) .

This is the reason I stopped playing here! But on the download casino, I always get made to believe the problems at my end or my Internet Provider that's the problem, which is nonsense!
