32 Red Flash Casino - Strange Problem Reels Keep a Spinnin'

Hello guys. Been having problems with the flash casino at 32red. Support have advised me that its a connection problem with my ISP.

Basically it lets me play for around 10-12 spins and then the reels just keep spinning and never stop. I have to return to the main menu and select the game again, but after several spins it clams up again and keeps spinning. I don't really want to download the Viper casino as im running off a rather poor 5 Gig mobile broadband package at the moment and have read that the full MG download casino can take up a huge amount of space.

Anyone else ever have this problem in the past? or have a solution?

I'm using Google Chrome and it tells me... "You have version 11,7,700,202 installed flash"

Have spoken to their chat support and they have told me that there is nothing they can do, other than to download the full casino or try again in 30 minutes. They advised me to clear cookies and internet history, tried that last night and it still didn't resolve the problem. Also I play a lot at Jackpot Party flash casino and NEVER have any connection issues.

Currently on a 100% bonus thing they have running and at my rate of play is going to take me 3 years to wager or bust out lol.

Any advice would be great,

Loads of us having the same problems, support also saying to me its my internet connection. I rarely play there now its just so annoying they need to get it sorted

Well the chat support people are lying, 2 of them now have told me that nobody else has this problem. Its been working a little bit better now, its letting me have more spins before it cuts out. I don't think there is going to be a solution to this situation other than to just go back to Jackpot Party and play there, even though they are running slow too today lol! (bonus day today too ).

i always have the same prob in the flash version, sometimes it can go 50 spins, sometimes 10
then i have to leave the game and start over, i have never called support upon it because i read it here, and it seems everyone get same reply from support, no one else got probs, maybe thats the prob we all need to chip in and tell support, if we dont they will of course think that

It IS the casino, and the problem is not confined to 32red. Basically the MG server is unable to process spins fast enough to satisfy the level of play.
I bet the times when it allows more spins then 10-12 are at off-peak times.
It can also happen on the download version too, though not as often.

Hello folks, have received a message from Mark32Red and he has advised me that the problems with the flash casino have been fixed. Tested this for 50-60 spins.
Not only does the flash casino load faster, it didnt drop connection once!!

Great that they listened and fixed the problem!!

Glad to see I'm not the only one. I really like playing the flash casino for a change of pace....but had stopped due to constant disconnects. I have just stuck to the d/l casino...but if you guys say it is now fixed...I may give it a go. Thanks!!

Funny...I get dropped connection in the download version of 32Red...and ONLY 32Red, but quite often.

Well, I hit that wall too. I have for years. I no longer ask, so I might be part of no one else has problems. I've never felt I've been cheated, sometimes will come back in to a game to find a win or even a bonus round.

If I hit a bonus round before it craps out, I always screenshot it. I've yet to come back in where the bonus was either waiting for me, or displayed an end result.

I've had the same kind of issues with MG flash at other casinos too. I don't think it's confined to 32Red.

Some days (or times perhaps) are better than others.
