2 years ago in August, I lost about 10 K euros on Immortal Romance(half in one night at betsafe), this should be a lesson for me to not play that slot.
And there we go again - I am broke by my "beloved" slot. This time much less ~ 2,000 euro, but that's all I had in the account.
The last days were terrible, sessions with 70-80 % empty spins, most of the deposits lost in a few minutes, lack of pleasure, only anger and stress.
Naturally there were some decent wins. It is a pity that the money was for subsequent deposits:
I managed 4-reel Wild Desire six times, DOA wild lines four times. But I played a lot, if I had the funds - everyday.
I just wasted time, I am 26 years old without experience and money. Should be a special place in hell for the man who created Immortal Romance
The last few days of gambling:

I would like to thank casinos in which I experienced the best time and have not experienced any problems - even though I lost some money there within two months :)
You are the best and you'll be well remembered, zero problems and immediate withdrawals: Videoslots and Casinoeuro - a whole BML Group is great.

In conclusion, casinos that disappointed me:

Playhippo - not many casinos offer above 500 freespins after deposit. Unfortunately, contact with them is a failure. Winnings from freespins have not been added to my account.
it's been over 2 weeks and have not received a response. Of course I lost deposit very quickly :)

Chancehill - I received an email on February 17 that " We are happy to announce that your country is now eligible for bonuses! To celebrate, we've prepared a gift: 50% up to 50€ reload".
12 days later I received email: " Mateusz, enjoy your 100% reload. 100% is a good offer so I made a deposit of 20 euros and 100% bonus was added automatically.
I started to win quickly, I lost maybe only a few euros, so I do not use bonus funds. I managed to win more than 700 euros and requested the withdrawal of 700 euros after finishing wagering bonus. In the morning I received an email:

Please note we have not been able to cash you out as you have received a bonus for which you are not elegible and therefore the winnings from that bonus will be forfeited.

    I feel cheated, I not have accepted any bonus, it was credited automatically. Anyway few days before I got an email in which it was written;
"my country is now eligible for bonuses", so I think that is unfair confiscation of winnings. Casino has agreed to give up all my deposits,
but I'm pissed off at them, because they do not have to send misleading e-mails. the worst thing is that in this session Immortal Romance paid extremely well, which happens so rarely :(

    Here's my awful night at Betsafe 2 years ago :) Then I received 2-3 % bonus cashback ( 250 zł - at that time was ~ 60 euros. For comparison when I lost $ 3000 in 32red I received 10 or 15 % bonus cashback)

It does look like a break wouldn't be such a bad idea! I think that's more deposits than I've made in the last year

We've all been there, we think a game is being 'good' to us when in fact it's just a false dawn. You cannot keep replicating the same wins all the time. Perhaps you learnt the hard way, and I still can't fathom why Immortal Romance is rated so highly by everyone, ever. I moved past that game a while back as it also turned sour for me and there were far better 'value-for-money' slots out there.

I don't agree with what the casino did in regards to that misleading promo, sounds a bit rogue to me. The best thing you can do is give them the middle finger and re-assess your gambling habits, namely chasing losses. I'm the worst for that, albeit on a smaller scale.

Best of luck to you mate

It is great that you decided to have a break, do not become a hermit in front of a machine 24/7 :)

    Good luck with everything

There seems to be something wrong at Play Hippo at the moment. I haven't investigated fully, but I hear a lot of "I'm being ignored" by them.
I wonder if they are going to close down soon...?

I could have written that myself: When I saw that list of deposits, I was like

In my 15 years of online gambling I'm pretty sure I have never deposited to the same casino more than twice in one day, never more than 4 or 5 deposits in total across multiple casinos in one day, AND never more than 3 or 4 deposits to the same casino in one month!

And IR & DOA? Don't like them and very very rarely play them. I don't like super high variance slots much.

@ PyroclasticFlow: definitely time for a break mate, and sit back to think exactly WHAT you want from your online gambling and WHY you seem to be only looking for a mega-win? In the vast majority of cases, this is bound to end in tears.
    All the best,
    KK

The OP needs to get the big wins he had in context. They only exist (as is the case with most slots) once in tens of thousands of spins. To get a large win on one game and expect another soon after, although it CAN happen is highly unlikely. After a big win your RTP curve has spiked significantly upwards temporarily - and 'temporarily' is the operative word here: what goes up must, and always will, come down.

If you bash away on ANY game the 3.5% house edge will become more apparent the longer you play. If you hit a slot for a big win soon after beginning with it at any one casino, the more spins you play subsequently the nearer you will get to 96.5% overall return. And thus will have lost.

Hard lesson, but one the OP seems to have learned, and good for him!

Thank you all for your kind words ! :)

This is a strange affair, regularly get emails with offers from them but it does not make sense to risk :)

I know how you feel to some extent. I had myself a few breaks from playing over the years. It's good for the soul and for the wallet of course.
Damn, this post is kinda wake up call for me. I think I'll play for a while and take another break

    Playhippo definitely went downhill lately.

    Good look matik :)

I do ok unless I play your beloved slot "Immortal romance" then I lose control and all sense . Normally I set limits and stick to them but I just go nuts on IR . Lost 450 this morning in record time. I have to ban myself from that slot - no question.

I'm afraid I had one of your nights Pyroclastic Flow. It started bad and I should have know that it was not my night. Ended up emptying my Ecopayz and gambling bank account depositing at 3 different casinos with disastrous results. Yeah, IR played a big part of it but King Kong really screwed me over. You keep thinking there's no way you can spin this much without a win. Well, well, well. Yes you can. Anyway, thankfully I have the freerolls until Monday. My gambling budget for July is already blown. Sucks! But, I am not depositing anywhere until August.

Hope it makes you feel better that you're not the only one!
