So then you are willing to refund any player(s) that have lost using same/simialr bonus? If that is true then certainly you deserve to be accredited and highly respeceted... however if you only use this hidden term to confiscate winnings but you keep the losses of players then you are rogue and predatory.....You certainly seem as though you are willing to confiscate any and all winnings for such a thing. And it is correct that you mention that in the terms but you list the other casinos in an entirely differnt part of your site. This has been an ongoing issue and you have made no attempt to calirfy it. You do, however, keep confiscating funds because of your poorly written and hidden term.
If a new player comes in and they are only interested in playing and using a bonus then you certainly have caught them in your web. If they lose you win. if they win you dont lose. well played... and sneaky as can be. YOu have seen this pop up over and over yet you make NO attempt to change it? Or atleast make it crystal clear and obvious? Predatory and roguish is all that is.
