I had been for the lookout ofr WMS slots like Raging Rhino and Ruby Slippers then i found the casino site Whitebet, with all my favourite game in one place.

I instantly just now deposited 20€ to try some ruby slippers

But the money went gone from my bank and didnt appear in my casino account at all.

No livechat online no nothing. Tha fuck is this!!

Edit: Now i had a look in my transaction history and the deposit says "Pending" wooot?? The reason u use Trustly banking is for it to be inside account in 10 seconds!

Normally it is directly but not always.
I know it says in some casinos that it can take a few hours.

I don't think you can blame the casino either. It can be your bank as well.

I believe Trustly are just used in Swedish or maybe Nordic banks.
They are celebrating today, not playing casinos :p

Actually, my guess is that if you already have an account with redbet then they will not allow for you to play at whitebet also. Or they may restrict your account. Redbet is (in my opinion) very good to players. I am a fan and like the way I am treated there. My suggestion would be to email them and ask them what the issue is. That is abnormal for them. Most likely you will have to pick one casino or the other if you are already a member at redbet.

No, he can have accounts at Redbets sistercasinos. He can just not use the same bonus offers at them because then they void the winnings.

Aha. Yes, that sounds even more logical. Thank you Tirilej, I have no doubts that is correct.

Then perhaps daenyboi, did you put in the code for the signup bonus at whitebet? If so, I would make a wager that is what is holding your deposit up while support just sorts through it.

So update: Here is the livechat and i got the most weird answer a casino ever given me. Its in Swedish so just use google translate.

But he says its my first deposit and it need to get approved by the bank management or something? Never in my life i have seen that before.

Also there are no such thing typed in thir rules section TC or whatever they call it either.

Yesterday a Denial of Service attack brought down the online banking and debit card services of OP-Pohjola, banking group whose market share of Finland's private citizen's savings is somewhere between 35-40%. This is also the bank where Trustly has their Finnish bank account, the accounts through which all Finnish customers deposits and withdrawals go.

Though Trustly has Swedish bank accounts, where your deposit went, the DoS attack probably strained their whole system. Their system attempting to interact with slow and clogged OP-Pohjala, unhappy Finnish OP customers who kept repeating their deposit attempts 5-10 times before giving up, etc.

So even if there was no DoS-attack on your Swedish bank's online banking, OP-Pohjola attack could have messed up Trustly's system.

Anyway payment processing issues get solved in their time and customer service often can not do anything to speed it up. A while a go after major maintenance in one casino my Paysafecard payment didn't go through, and the value was returned to my Paysafecard PIN code in one hour, with banking, the failed payment returning to your bank account can take several bank days. The casino can't know whether the problematic payment is on it's way to their bank account, or whether it has started it's slow return trip to your account. So customer service can't just add that money to your casino account unfortunately.

That is really a horiffic treatment of customers. If they wan't to do a security check thats fine, but then they should do it before the customer deposits. If that is common over there they don't deserve their accredditation IMO.

Reminds me of a bartender letting you order and pay for a drink just to tell you've had enough and need to leave before you had the chance to take a sip.

Based on that CS name, he is Finnish. In 2014, that Finnish bank OP-Pohjola actually blocked some Trustly transactions and closed online banking passwords of customers, forcing them to go to actual bank to get new password sheet. Most of the time when you use bank account online, in payment phase the browser opens the bank site and you put the bank username/usernumber and password to bank's own web page and interface. In Trustly you put those information on Trustly's own interface and that set off their security systems. It was kinda funny how the only Finnish bank doing that to their customers was the bank where Trustly also was the customer. :D

OP-Pohjola stopped doing that though. I guess that CS might have assumed that your bank was doing something similar.

Anyway, there are 10 different "major" banks in Finland alone. When you count all the countries that the casino serves, it goes to hundreds. The casino can't know how all those hundreds of banks are going to react to all different payment methods, if it actually was your bank doing something similar to OP-Pohjola, no, it should not have been in casinos TCs because casino can't be aware of all current policies of every bank in every customer country, they don't have anyway of knowing if your bank dislikes Trustly, Skrill, Netteller, whether they dislike use of their debit cards for gambling etc.

    Hi guys!

Just to clarify - all first deposits do not have to be manually approved like this. This deposit block occurs when the account is somehow linked to a blocked account within our sister brands (doesn't have to be the same person). It's a security for us as well as for the players.

Good to see that the issue was resolved and you had a nice experience with us in the end

    Happy new year!

Is it actually true that you STILL offer the same sign up bonus at both whitebet and redbet? Yet you still allow players to sign up at both sites and get the bonus at both sites? However if they win at one of them you simply keep it and invoke the very hidden, very poorly written "term" of you can only use a bonus at one of the sites?

If this is true then you should be rogued. If it is not true then I apologize. However, if it is true then you absolutely should be in the rogue pit for predatory terms. YOu are absolutely tricking players into depositing. if they lose you keep it if they win you give them their deposit back and keep the winnings. That is the move of a den of thieves. YOu cannot expect an average person who wants to play to research your entire site to find any reference to whitebet. or even understand or remember if they do. This is unacceptable and not the work of an accredited casino. AND you have been enjoying this sneaky theft for some time now according to what I have read. Still no attempt to clean up your terms or change the software.. Only because it is so proffitable to steal from winning players while keeping loseing players funds.

Also, if this is true then you absolutely should be refunding all losing players their money who broke the same term. YOu cannot be allowed to keep the winnings and the losings while being considered a good and fair casino.....

You are ranting here! The term is hardly hidden, it's clear for all to see:

7.9 Gaming Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if the Player or any person in the customers household has previously received a similar or equal bonus on one of our other brands. This applies to both sports betting and casino bonuses.

I do agree that it's about time accredited casinos which only allow ONE SUB bonus for their group should be made to list the casinos this applies to within that term in their 'Bonuses' T&C's.

In fact I'm going to report this to CM, as this subject seems to be rearing its head quite frequently lately. I would like to see it, it's a simple html add-in to the sites' bonus terms and I think it shows good faith, and it is unreasonable for the new or inexperienced player to have to trawl the internet to find this information - it should be TO HAND in one place when the player checks the BONUS terms, and not be used later to shaft the player who wins.
I would recommend all accredited sites be made to do this.
    :)

Redbet actually does have the casinos listed under 'General Terms' in the first paragraph, but a new player might not know to look there. Although if I was new, and saw the other brand term, I'd get on chat and ask who the other brands are - but I agree, if there are restrictions about bonuses in a casino group, the casinos should really be listed on the term for the promotion. There are only 3, it's not like they would take up that much space. ;)
