....well following the brilliant advice / opinions received on here, I decided to do absolutely nothing and guess what? I have heard nothing. Credit cards have not been charged, no e-mails, nought. Needless to say, I won't be using *o d*g again (oops, is that a clue) and hope that this matter is finally put to bed. Thanks all.....

Julester, I dont know if anyone has added this point but having a quick look at the posts, i didn't see this point so, You had $300 left in there right? You could argue the point that how do you know if you wouldn't of won large off that $300. I would look at it that way and I know you have made your decision but if you can go to sleep at night and look yourself in the mirror then that's all you need. I wouldn't pay them anything, their mistake. It's very likely that if you made a mistake it would be done is done.
p.s. by the way, I know you have made your decision and pretty much are done with this but thought that would be a valid point.
