1st assignment - wager £500 to get 5 BUX. It costs 10 BUX just for 10 spins on startburst. So that works out at £1 worth of starburst spins for £1000 of wagering

I had 20 BUX when I logged in tonight. So I chose 10 spins on 'hook's heroes' - clicked on exchange, then clicked on play now. only to get a message saying 'this game is not available'. BUX balance now zero and the game nowhere to be found on the site

This issue often occurs when you use Chrome browser and the casino knows you aren't using IE so resizes thinking you have a tablet.

Don't you mean Ctrl + scroll. I didn't know you could use ALT and + on casinos.

Yes good advise from dinosys. You can of course also click up in right corner of browser and just find zoom option most casinos it works well at 125% or 150%. Also use full screen mode helps sometimes as well

Does not work with all casino websites though

Decreasing the page to as low as 33% helps in increasing the size of the game window. I commonly use this across multiple sites now.

We are aware of the issue with the small games, it is not supposed to look like that and we are working to sort out the bug. I will PM you to get some details that might help us solve it faster.

Regarding the BUX it is supposed to be a bonus on top of the other promos we are running, This way you will always have something rewarding your play. Also the ratio and value of the BUX can change over time aswell giving more rewards to loyal players. They also have the bonus of giving you a bit of flexibility when picking your rewards so you can choose what spins you want.

To be fair tho I do think they work well, I got 50 for my deposit and then earnt another 15 for wagers made which gave me 30FS on a 0.20p bet slot of my choice.

There is a bug tho which was really irritating as it happened twice! - Exchange echoes for Jack and the Beanstalk FS and you get the message 'This game is currently unavailable' and it vanishes from the lobby??

Support told me the usual cookies and different browser stuff (doesn't work by the way) but alas no JATB.

Erik you may need to take a look into this as some other less experienced players may be suffering in silence!

I really appreciate you reporting this, and i will make sure to forward it to the tech team right away. Just like you say that there are probably more cases of this and players are not reporting.

Also speaking of JATB, i just need to let you know that i once got 4 harps in the bonus round, on reel 2-5

Next have it best, can load the game in its own right full screen. I wish all casinos allowed that. Worst for me is Slotty. No matter what, can't get the size any bigger than their default

I had it a VERY long time ago (at Mr Green IIRC) and it was off Christmas Promotion based Free Spins Luckily back then they were wager free lol.

When I first read what you put 'speaking of JATB....' I thought you were gonna say you'd thrown me 100FS or something just that It will take me until I'm aged 100 to locate the game
