- Payout % clearly stated.
- Terms and conditions clearly stated and non conflicting.
- Customer service that is courteous and able to rectify and problem solve in a reasonable time frame.
- Access to customer service via email, chat and telephone.
- Documentation should be requested if required within 24 hours.
- Payouts in a reasonable time frame, by reasonable 24 hours is great, 48 acceptable, after documentation has been accepted.
- Clear communication if there are any issues with payouts or terms being violated.
