Today I logged in there to do some deposite for playing and came the message about "$250,000 up for grabs in our "Slots Slayers" promotion"

That congrazt you are one of the winners!! :D

So i got excited and went to their live chat and after few minutes she said , you won it by error so no win for you hehehe

thats the wierdest thing i have ever heard...

Same thing happened to me. I rec'd the congratulations and went to live chat to request the bonus and got a slap in the face. Casino Rep. said you are on the score board, but you are not in the winners scoreboard! Very Strange

Same thing here. It said check your email. Sat there trying to figure out where the email was. I assumed it was one of there misleading emails I have got before, but this email was straightforward. It said "you are a winner." I had to read it 100 times to figure the trick to how they phrased it.

I got the same message and their message specifically told me to check my e-mail(which was the correct one btw). Over the past week there was play at JC so it is possible that I was awarded the bonus. JC should honour this message unless of course no deposits were made during the promo period.

Given the hefty wrs and the max payout from a freebie its unlikely they will pay out much anyway. The message in the inbox was clear as crystal so it cannot be considered a misunderstanding on the player's part.

I decided to check and saw the same thing. I was told it was an error and that the bonuses and codes had not been generated yet. The rep also stated it would be fixed in about 24 hours which would be this evening.

I have sent them emails in the past about their contests. Often I would log in to see points earned and it could not find my account. Sometimes I would find points but they would actually go down after I played. Their excuse has always been a third party controls the contests.
