I was looking over the TCs of LeoVegas, an accredited casino on here, and I came across this bizarre wording in them:
“Before any withdrawals are processed, Your behavior on the Website/usage of the Games will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular playing patterns for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular playing patterns play for bonus play-through requirement purposes include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of Your total balance (including any given bonus) until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should the Casino deem that irregular playing patterns have occurred, the Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonus.”
Does this only apply to people who take bonuses? Or irregardless of taking the bonus, people who make a large bet that’s more than 30% of their balance, no matter what? Then the casino has the right to void the bet? In which case the casino has the right to take your winnings on a large bet when you get a feeling and want to make a big bet? Do they refund the bet if you lose then? I thought that was an awfully weird way to word a bet in your TC’s, and leave it so open ended. To me it basically says “if you make a big bet that you don’t normally make, and win, we have every right to do whatever we want, including take away the winnings.”
Any ideas or opinions? Its so odd to
me, and I’m surprised especially coming from an accredited Casino. It is essentially saying nobody can get too lucky. Or is it only applicable to people who take bonuses? Whereby it’s in there only to punish and go after bonus abusers?
