VipLounge not paying

1. Turkey was banned from playing with real money in our casino on Sept. 10th. The player to start this post was somehow able to open an account and make a deposit after the ban took place and when we caught it, we refunded his deposit.

2. In regards to his friends, we do not know which accounts he is referring to. All players to have deposited after the ban took place have been refunded. There have been players who deposited before the ban took place that we paid winnings. I have listed their accounts below...

What kind of liars are them??? I just called my friend and asked him to check the date of his deposit. It was 20 of September!!! He lost his deposits and he never was refunded. I can provide his username. This evening i will contact my other friend and ask him too when he deposited and lost.
So, the Casino just lies! As i told before- they still allow people from Turkey to register and then wait to see if they win (then no winnings paid) or lose (then no deposit's refund made).

And all those accusations about fraudulent activity and blah blah it is just to cover their dirty tricks.
 
It seems like they just confirmed everything the original customer service rep stated, except they used better grammar.
 
Kixmusic, as we said before, have your friends post. You are just slandering the Casino in their name and it is not fair. Until we hear from them, see their screen shots ect, it's as you say...Blah,Blah, Blah.
Again, you got your money back. There have been no dirty tricks for you, the t&c's had Turkey posted when you deposited.

The problem its that banned countries are "hidden" . When you go to Outdated URL (Invalid) click on promotions , click for vip 200 rules, it doesnt say anything about banned countries. Then when you click from that page to terms and conditions it doesnt give you a list of banned countries.
The only way to see the banned countries list is to click on the VERY small rules in the botton of the main page, and scroll down.
I usually read the terms and conditions very clearly if i choose to deposit, but i couldn't have found this rule.

Let me come to my defense!

As far as I am concerened you are a trustworthy bunch, however I can list you many casino's whom have paid and slowly stopped thereafter, or casuse problems. I can't tell someone else that an outfit is reliable, as I get it on my back should there be any problems, all I can do is express my experiance and let the user decide if that is what they consider reliable.

unfortunatly "paying" is not ALWAYS a proof that a casino is reliable. I consider terms and conditions, and also the background(which I haven't really been into) also alot to do with a company.

As I will say, yes you seem a reliable outfit, but keep proving it. There are other RTG casino's out there, which have been around longer than yourselves and only proving reliable (and they have paid) now!
 
I have had no problems at all with VIP Lounge Casino.
2 payouts of $500.00 both within 4 days as per what they state in there payout quidelines. And from reading back in this post no casino will pay if you lose, if you lose then that is it. At least the person who played from Turkey got his deposit back which is fair enough.Also at this casino most of the bonus coupons come with no restrictions and max payout if you win and also you can go into the cashier and see if you have completed the playthrough requirements.
You can play all games at this stage and all games bring you playthrough down except for Blackjack where there is a higher playthrough, which is the same everywhere anyway, that I know of.

I dont know why you guys say the banned countries are HIDDEN. ALL of the links for the casino are on the home page at the bottom of the page in SMALL letters. There are a lot of links, they have to be small!:) If you click on "getting started", the rules link is on that page too! And as for them being way at the bottom, every page has to have a bottom, thats not being deceptive. Jeeeze!:confused: Like Ive said, because im a USA player, im used to looking for banned countries first thing before I do anything, and believe me, I have had to hunt, really hunt on some web pages. If I would change anything, because of the situation going on, I would make "eligible players" a specific link. On all websites. (some have them already)

I saw in a message futher back about a $50.00 free chip offer.
I was alway of the understanding that the free chip was only if you made a deposit.When I joined VIP Lounge there was no such offer at that was about 1 week after they opened up. The only offer was 200% sign up Bonus.
I am sure that if Chris, the casino manager is approached about problems that are happening then He may reply in here or at least sort things out.
 
Chris, the manager has posted a reply somewhere in the forums here to these problems, that have come up about the Free Chips etc and invited people to contact him with issues.I was just in Live Help, checking about something else and asked Chris if he knew what was happening in the Complaints about VIP Lounge Casino.So somewhere on page 4 I think he told me is a reply from him.
As I have said before, I have had no problems at all and I will be staying with this casino as to me they are very fair and professional with emails and all dealings that I have had with them. Maybe there is the odd problem with new people working at the casino and maybe they will have to sort out issues from time to time, I guess.

Just go to the Vip Lounge web site and look down at the bottom, where it says Rules. It is not hard to find, infact a lot easier than some other casinos.

The gambling community is always on the lookout for TERMS AND CONDITIONS so even the more experienced players could still miss out on which country's players are banned or whether there are no bonuses for them at VIP Lounge. Placing them under RULES could have the effect of some players missing the important bits. Nevertheless, we cannot blame the casino if we arent vigilant enough. It's there but we didnt bother to check carefully.

I always look real hard now after I got stung with not being able to collect that large $17.400 jackpot that I won at The Virtual Casino Group after I had used the wrong coupon.I always look very carefully at any online gambling site now, before I download and make a deposit. Some of the online casinos it is much harder to find the rules and T&Cs than it is at VIP Lounge, I may add too.With RTG Casinos now before I use a coupon off the site, I go and chat with Live Help. In fact at an RTG the other day I choose a coupon that had 15x max instead of the normal 10x max. I went and said in Live Help, I think I will use the 15x max coupon as it looks the best and was told in Live Help yes its good and they told me that the coupon also comes with a 50% cash back if I loose, and the cash back part was not on the website.I actually did lose and contacted Live Help and they gave me my full deposit back to play with again:thumbsup:
So I personally think, check all the terms and rules and then contact Live Help or email them for clarification as well.
Also another thing that was mentioned in the post was the guy from Turkey thought his friends should get their deposits back as they lost all their money LOL.If they were not playing from a banned country they could have got a percentage back as all players can who play in there can claim back loses from the previous month up to a percentage by claiming in Live Help in the first 3 days from memory. Its all in the casino website anyway.
I still say no matter what that VIP Lounge are a very fair and honest group and are striving to have a good Casino and a good reputation.
 
i have had nothing but a great experience with viplounge. they are head and shoulders above the rest in customer service without question. chris from viplounge has answered every email i've sent him personally and timely. i just had a $1400 withdrawal go through tonight and i have another $500 that they have approved, but has not hit my neteller account.

i would hate to see this casino get a bad rep, considering all of the truly slimy online sites there are out there. i love the ones that don't even have a chat option that works or never answer your emails. lol you don't have to worry about that from vip lounge. i have not one bad thing to say about this casino and there isn't one other online casino that i can say that about and i've played pretty much every one there is......not something to be proud of btw.

as for the first poster and the email. i'm not doubting that you actually received that email, but that looks like something a 6th grader wrote. i've never received any correspondence from this casino that even resembled that. anyway, don't let one person's bad experience make you not try this casino. they are top-notch, imo.

This whole thread in this forum was started by a person who never read the casino Rules, they are there and are easy enough to find.
I must admit I was a little slack at checking out all the T&Cs and rules myself once, but will add that some casinos, especially RTG , you have to do a lot of searching to find those rules that exclude certain countries from playing as I have been looking at heaps of casinos in the last few months, myself, but it is not the case with VIP Lounge, they are tops.

Well as you can see I am danish and I got an invitation to join Viplounge.

As I always do before making a deposite I contact the casino to hear if danes are banned or if there are special wager requirements.

I was told be Wendy ( IN live support) I was most welcome and that I could get the bonuses but not the free chip and they dont accept VISA from Denmark otherwise I was fine.

On the otherhand I went to see the terms and conditions which states the players frm Denmark could not get any bonuses at all.

But it also says that you can contact the casino and they will look at every players to see if they are qualified for the promos.

I am not sure if its enough to be cleared in the LIVE chat as I apparently was
so before making first deposite I will email them so I have it in writting.

Regarding that the custermers from Turkey was not payed, well it is very stupid not to read the terms that are stated on the website. If you had done this then you not be in this trouble at all. The casino has just done what they have stated in the T & C and I cant see what they have done wrong here.

IF I am allowed the bonusses here I will definately become a customer, fast payment and I really like the RTG software.

Have to read those terms especially with RTG websites.
Some of them have players from Australia banned or We can not get bonus promotions either. Recently I recieved an invite to play at another RTG casino and I may add they had copied what I wrote in a forum here and sent it to me.:mad: Anyway and went and looked at the website and it stated players from Australia can recieve no bonus promotions. So I emailed back the manager and and she told me that if The Management clears a player from Australia then they can recieve bonus promotions and I am cleared to play.

My personal experience: I do NOT recommend this casino to anyone.
Service was not helpful and they gave official statement, where they state that (almost all) Finnish people are abusers, they use multiple accounts, etc.
CS person hang up chat session.
