After opening account with Mr Q Casino I was electrically verified and 3 months later when I made withdrawal they said I need to verify my account. according to the UKGC it's states in there website (a customer can't place a bet until they verified) so if I was not verified why was I able to make £4000+ deposits I'm new to gambling I don't know what's going on here. Finally managed to verify my account it's been 3 and a half months now they not paying because they have a system error they said they can't find my documents that's their excuse. This was my first online casino I think this will be my last I wish I found this place before. I would never of opened my account with them.

You reached KYC threshold so documents are required. Electronic verification allows an operator to let a customer play up to 2k in deposits/withdrawals.

Bet that was a shock!

I've made withdrawals from MrQ recently, only £50-200, but never had an issue, and they have never verified me either.
I don't understand how these companies can get away with not adhering to their own terms and conditions for every customer, and adhering to the relevant regulators.
Have you tried posting something on Twitter? That always helps, and trust pilot

you should play in All British Casino next time @L&L-Jan will fix all your problem by now 😜

Well not so sure cool as he might be
I couldnt verify me on one of his casinos in the end i had to give in 🙂😉
well I ask him to change my account from UK to EU he did right away, but he ask for doc to see like any other casino, and he did it super fast under 10 mins my account got verified in EU, yes RTP is abet lower like most of UK casinos, but Mr Q loves to hold withdraw last time I play they hold my withdraw over 5 days

If it was L&L it would be a SOW and KYC request, Not just standard KYC
all Casinos are forced by UKGC to do SOW, up to you if you want to do SOW, you could refuse SOW and ask for money to be paid, SOW is option for gamblers

Not all casinos do Sow on a 'one size fits all' basis. Most do risk assessments.
They don't just have a arbitrary threshold based on the lifetime deposits and withdrawals, that the majority of players are going to reach at some point

@brianmon withdrawals are no thresholds, only for KYC if value is 1k or higher, and if not verified obvious.

lifetime deposits threshold is removed, didnt make sense in the long run and other high velocity thresholds are put in place for that so that regular punters aren't affected.

Might I suggest you start a thread, stating the change of policy then?
Quite a lot of CM members probably aren't aware of the changes and have only read the negative threads about L&L's SOW policy

It's one of the reasons I stopped playing at L&L sites

No worries, our upcoming promo will re-activate you guys ;)
But yeah, you would need to spend a quite some more funds now a days in order to become subject for AML processes.

when they do you will never get same service or help like you get from @L&L-Jan they will keep your money for 1-2 month and inform you nothing, they will send email ask you for doc after doc
