Well my highest ever payouts I ever had was at Leovegas when I hit that progressive on 0.40 stake on Holmes secret of the stones slot for €12,200 ish euros. They paid it out in 4k increments and I was paid in full within 6 hours.

I'm pretty certain things are not the same there anymore. Ownership changes, staff moving on... the industry at large isn't very player friendly at the moment to be honest.

Lots of red tape. People get paid but not at lightning speed.

I did get a 4 figure withdrawal a while back from @L&L-Jan at All British Casino - a PM... no fuss and 5 mins it hit my account.

He's probably the only old schooler I still know.

Yeah and now their rep keeps vanishing as well. They still have not replied to my recent issue I asked them in the Newly accredited thread either. Not good.

No offence Dream and do not think i am picking on you as i am not.

But you ask them that many questions they probably miss some of them or forget to reply.

They are busy and get many PM's and questions and you do seem to tag them about 10 times a day and expect rapid answers or else you tag them again.

But in all fairness if you look at my 2 posts today I made in that thread they are 2 below each-other. They replied only to the second one I said a few minutes later. And ignored my first one.

Also I have not seen them around since their last reply in this thread was made either.

I have been noticing that since that RTP lowering announcement they have been rather absent more so than usual. I am not alone in seeing this is the case either.

I won over 120k at Rebet. Two hits of 50k plus a day after each other... paid in 10 mins. 40k at Mr. Green paid in 2 hours. 30k at Betsson... paid in an hour.... and many many more.... those were the days.

In any event,

I asked the VS team for clarity on their payout limits but it would seem like pointed out by others, their terms still reflect otherwise. Any clarity @Team.Videoslots ?

It's sad to see that someone senior can't actually take this by the horns and pay the player.

I had it in black and white This afternoon I could withdraw 30k immediately (withdrawals failed after 26k) I left it a few hours and was told the remainder could be withdrawn now too (failed after 6k) so that was a lie.

Now after chasing all evening for a reason I yet again cannot withdraw my money, I am told they are once again ‘waiting for updates’ ! Come on guys really????? Surely not that line I have heard perhaps 50 times???

Life changing win tarnished by complete BS to be honest.

Would you not sit back if you were them and take a break from posting. They already spend more time answering than any other Rep but still to many it is not enough.

There are several threads just now that have gone haywire about VS and there are that many questions and comments how can they be expected to answer everything unless they sit here 24/7 and do nothing else.

Also the threads keep repeating the same points so why would they keep commenting the same answers.

Even this thread is turning into how bad VS are when just about every casino would probably check a win over 50k. VS stated the win would get paid but because it is not instant all hell breaks loose.

So it is more helpful that I am pointing them out to @Team.Videoslots rather than getting backlash for doing so? At the end of the day I deposit a hell of a lot at VS, So I think I have a right to give feedback and post when I find issues etc etc, just like many others do as well. So what if it appears that I do it a lot. Who cares. I am doing it because I find issues that need answers and need to be addressed not just for me but for other VS punters and members too.

So enough please of this constant backlash. This culture is not going to stop me from posting and I will continue. I will not be bullied to silence any longer. I am here to help me and others when and where I can.

But you have had 30k in withdrawals. They have told you you will get it all but for some reason they are failing but sure it will get sorted.

But i hardly think it has tarnished your life changing win. If they were going to screw you over you would have got nothing.

I would be happy at the win knowing i would have the money soon. Yet you are going on now about how your win has been tarnished . Bit over dramatic.

Thing that bugs me is i actually try and help him out.

I see the way he posts every day about getting constantly picked on. Which he isn't most members try and explain it is the way he comes over. I try and explain to him that i have nothing against him and try and get him to understand that Rep's can be busy and just because he does not get a quick reply to every post it does not mean he is being ignored.

And then he sees that as an attack as well. Will leave him to it now . But if he does not grasp when people are trying to help him he will soon just be reading his own posts as he will have ignored everyone else lol.

I was not meaning it in that bad a way.

Just knowing that as VS has said you will get paid then you will.

I know it must be damned frustrating having issues getting the withdrawals processed. But for that type of money i would wait weeks lol as long as i knew it was coming and at VS i know it would.

Just to me i would see tarnished if i was worrying sick that the casino was trying to refuse the win or there were doubts i would get paid the money.

Anyway congrats on the huge win. Enjoy it once you get it. I know you are stressed but i would try and relax as it is 100% you will get paid. Would be so much worse if it was a casino that was not reputable or if the casino was saying there might be a problem with the slot.

You are complaining about other members are bullying you, but have you ever thought you are bullying Team VS just because Team VS is only rep that come here every day and stay most of the day?
I never seen you complain about other casino reps who normally take 2-3 days-sometimes a week to reply anything.

If you read VS thread or any other thread with any other casinos, there are a few post that was missed by the casino reps. Some members had to remind the reps that they were waiting for the answer.
You are the only one who jump up and down after a few hours from posting.

And to be tell you the truth, some of your posting is not quite sure if it is a question that needs the answer or just suggestion, and maybe Team VS thought it was just a suggestion so they didn't think they needed to reply which is fair enough.

every time you unnecessarily flag a rep you are LITERALLY dragging them away from doing something else.
Today for example, you posted at 1036, then again at 1225 wanting to know why they havent answered...good lord, it was TWO HOURS. Then you compalined about it at 1239, then further went on to compalin the rep keeps vanishing despite the fact theyve been in responding the entire day
