Resolved Can't get money from video slots

I have played video slots for a year now , usually my withdrawal takes 20 mins , with e-transfer. Last week I made withdrawal for 600 and 100 and have never recieved! Everyday they tell me what 5 business days for a e-transfer? What I fidk even more odd is the same day I deposited 50 and it never reached my account. They again told me wait it will bounce back week later never has?I had a similar issue once before after 3 weeks of investigation and they kept saying oh don't worry we're r will figure it out it's coming they eventually said sorry nothing we can do ?

I have been emailing you guys for a week and all you keep saying is my money is approved ok your end ! Now you bank a bank statement for Jan 3-7 which I cannot get until beginning of Feb as bank statements only come out few days after last day of month! I've sent you screen shots of all e-transfer coming in so you would see I have not received it !
 
You team keeps emailing me every single time with different Info I have sent what they want them that's not good enough So I'm not supposed to wait another 4 weeks waiting for a bank statement to come out when an e-transfer would hit my account immediately. I knew there was something wrong now. It's been over a week and I'm still dealing with this
