    Tell me about it. I hit a minor win in DOA when that came up and the money never hit my balance.

    Reported but think its a loss.

    Not a big win at all as I was only playing coppers but seeing as DOA has been so cold lately it would have given me a few.more mins playtime.

    No worries, the wins are getting added at some point. Had the same as well and a few minutes after logging back in the missing chips were added to the balance. :thumbsup:

    Not here I'm afraid. Was about two hours ago. It was weird though -

    Playing DOA, hit four scatters and had a tiny win in the bonus. This got added to the balance. Did another spin, maybe two then the error came up but a similar amount showed as the win.

    Logged back in, balance unchanged but couldn't spin (just got the error again). Spoke to live chat and sent them a screenshot.

    Tried again, no luck. Had a look at the game history and the one with my second win wasn't there at all.

    Just to compound the issue, got an email from Slotty with their weekly free spins.

    20 free spins in Twin Spin or Starburst. Obviously opted for Twin Spin. No spins.

    Live chat. "Sorry, it should have been Big Bang or Starburst". Hmph.

    In to Big Bang - 10 spins. Not happy but wondered if another ten would kick in when i'd played them as is sometimes the case.

    Got up to 16x then ran out of spins. No more.

    Back to live chat who added another ten BUT the game didn't pick up at 16x as it should.

    Am totally averse for once to depositing to play DOA (which is all i tend to play) due to it being so cold - so any freebies are welcome but seems the Casino gods are conspiring against me today.

    It is indeed very annoying Philip. But i trust your team is working hard to get it sorted.

    Withdrew the balance. While i had a few good pays at the beginning it became worse and worse with every login ....it is no fun to lose 50$ get kicked out, come back in, lost another 20, get kicked out ...etc etc :rolleyes: :eek:
