No worries, the wins are getting added at some point. Had the same as well and a few minutes after logging back in the missing chips were added to the balance.
Not here I'm afraid. Was about two hours ago. It was weird though -
Playing DOA, hit four scatters and had a tiny win in the bonus. This got added to the balance. Did another spin, maybe two then the error came up but a similar amount showed as the win.
Logged back in, balance unchanged but couldn't spin (just got the error again). Spoke to live chat and sent them a screenshot.
Tried again, no luck. Had a look at the game history and the one with my second win wasn't there at all.
Just to compound the issue, got an email from Slotty with their weekly free spins.
