Probably because “you have won 1/2 of the max win, do you want to risk all of this fairly nice hard to achieve win for a 50/50 chance of MAX win at the risk of losing it all”

I don't completely disagree with what you are saying, but a smart business will welcome an insight into how its customers are feeling. This kind of feedback can help maximise profits, in some ways and some industries, as much as cutbacks perhaps.

As for Casino of the Year, I didn't think getting paid was so much of an issue nowadays. Yes, VS pay quickly and promptly, and their contribution to Casinomeister as a casino is unrivalled, but, in my experience as a UK player, getting paid is not an issue, and many other casinos throughout Europe pride themselves on fast payments, especially those with Zimpler, Brite or Trustly.

I fail to see how a site that has cut back so much in such an obvious way makes Casino of the Year. Support on here is pretty good, although not as good as it was, and I hear most people's feedback on here of VS live chat is pretty disappointing. And while the battles may offer a glimmer of some return on the odd week, let's not forget you get no ad-hoc bonus offers - well, not for the peasants anyway. Game selection is almost unrivalled.

As for overall player experience, I can only speak for myself and I don't like the site anymore. Only the Tuesday Madness and SNGs at the end of the month keep me ever so slightly interested. I remember, like many on here, how good it was, hence most moans. Could have happily played there for the rest of my gambling days. But not now there are greener pastures around.
 
Yeah I was going to ask @bamberfishcake that as well, please do share the greener casinos for UK players to play at that actually have bonuses and goodwills. Because I have not found any yet. Pokerstars recently revamped their reward system, no longer get the casino bonuses each week sometimes multiple times a week.

Their promotions that you opt into those wager 1200 points to get £20 are seriously shockingly bad, if slots are ice cold which they are it can take about £200-400 in deposits on min bets to even get to that 1200 points and they allow you to do that challenge 3 times a week.

I could say other casinos as well but no point because I get zero from them.

1 casino though I just remembered was Hello casino but you have to not play there for a long period to then get an email with a 100% bonus to entice you back. But that casino is bad and withdraws take upto 2 days to be processed so hence why I never play their. So you see the casinos that do sometimes give a little have other bad reasons to avoid them. instant withdraws is my number 1 reason why I play and stick at certain casinos.

I agree with what you said about VS 100% but they do still have the weekend booster and the monthly sit n gos yes they suck and always on RAW slots the other weekly events are just not worth taking part any longer. Clash of spins is not that good either.

But I do foresee VS removing the weekend booster soon I bet any money on that. And then I would think they would scrap the clash of spins to. They will then probably somehow find a way to scrap the battle weekends each month as well. They tested a battle weekend in the past where it was only 12 hours each day. So I bet that is probably in their minds as well. Further cuts to the battle weekend could also be just do 10p slots for both 10/30man battles. So trust me they can make it even worse than it is now as well. Or they could just scrap the monthly battle weekend altogether. Hope they never do but the way they are headed I am guessing it is getting more and more likely. Then comes the fact the site went down for 24 hours and they have not even done any extra worthwhile compensating battles to make up for it rather just a shit 25K X4 battles that only 500 players can win some spins. So if the same lucky 500 win in all 4 they get nice amount of spins but there will be over 1 thousand players who get zero from any of the 4 battles.

I'm a UK player and I play about 50% with videoslots literally only because of the battles and the rest I play elsewhere.

I have 1 casino that pays out in 30 minutes and gives out like 50 free spins every Friday and the other I play shells out refunds usually within around 3 hours which isn't great and they're sporadic with their freebies.

So yeah videoslots is fast with withdrawals and that's it and the freerolls is the only reason I keep playing but its not free is it?

As the above said @Team.Videoslots can we get answers instead of ignore and hope we forget.
 
Also tagging the rep now is having no impact anymore when you tagged the rep in the past usually you got a pretty fast response but when many and many keep tagging about the same thing they choose to ignore. This is not a good way to deal with their customers.

Radio silence is not the right way to go about it. People will not keep putting up with it and will just stop playing at VS if this keeps up any longer. @Team.Videoslots

TBH, I for one wouldn’t be bothered in the slightest if the clash of spins was removed, it does little for the average player, costs them money out the loyalty budget and probably don’t help with servers having to work it all out in the background. If they remove it to fund battle nights I’m all for it, while there at it make scheduled battles 4hr instead and ditch all the ticket ones. Surely it makes more sense to ditch stuff players don’t like for stuff they feel is better for loyalty. @Team.Videoslots @Mr Wild

Why did the registration for Ave Caesar end so early? Especially if the battle wasn’t full at 2500 and it runs for twelve hours? I just tried to register at 18:21 and it won’t let me…
Only 15 minutes to register, but you have to wait 12 hours to get your spins is a bit ridiculous ?

I noticed this too - Just tried to register at 18:24 and it shows as being closed despite being nowhere near 2500 players. If you click on the 'Closed' button, it brings up the option to register but then says that you need to finish previous battles first. It looks like it might be another bug....

I’ve been playing at VS for 10 years, my patience is wearing thin and I’m at the end of my rope now…

Oh, so not just me then.
Just logged in to play those mega freerolls only to see that i cant register to them even tho they are not full.

I somehow doubt they can extend the registration period without reseting the battle, and i dont see them doing that.

On another note, how the hell do you get almost 5000x on Ave? First place is about 80k points ahead of second place. :eek2:
 
I cant see them reseting any of those battles with wrong registration time now, too many have already played them. (i mean, i got a crap score in all 4 of them more or less, so i wouldn't mind a second go lol but i cant see it)

i see theyv fixed the registration issue in the 4th mega battle, but the first ones stand as they are.
 
This is just more of the same from VS. And they broke their silence but ignored everyone else who tagged them.

Can't help but moan.....

Usual Thursday night, I'd have by now an average of 7-8 rewards, 35-40FS spins worth.

By 10pm when the SnG ends, maybe 15 rewards again on average for roughly 75 FS.

Tonight, I will end up with my usual "MEGA FREEROLLS" return, zilch, nada, nowt, zero, Sweet FA, nothingness, I also have a very confident and strong feeling that I will not be the only one :rolleyes:

I think MrQ, Unibet, and LeoVegas give me more in their own ways.

I still play at VS, but probably 10% of my budget nowadays. And I have not bothered so much recently because the battles are not enjoyable or worth the ticket they so rarely reward me with. Rapidly losing interest in the monthly also, so can see myself trying others like BetFair and Lottomart, or going back to some of the L&L brands. The latter of the two have recently claimed a deposit down to the VS slide.

Must admit 'greener pastures' was perhaps overkill - the landscape is bleak for players nowadays compared to before, and allegiance is so easily swayed with not much to choose between licenced casinos for UK players.
 
FWIW, I saw someone mention they thought Weekend Booster would be removed before much longer...

I'd be VERY surprised if this was to happen. It is the request from a "collection of particular players" that saw their "new" WB removed (the one where a tiny portion of your own winnings is saved up and paid out in a lump sum) and the "old" system reintroduced (the one where you contribute nothing and VS awards you a small percentage for wagers made)

It was this reverting to their "old" system which saw the battles and promotions budget all but destroyed and the reduction and removal of decent and regular SnG events.

This is not a moan nor speculation, I got this information from Mr Wild a few month's or so back. (Not directly it is on this thread somewhere)

Let's just hope despite recent shenanigans that the battle weekend goes ahead as normal, with Mr W asking for game suggestions, I am looking forward to this one.....

You should definitely give Lottomart a try - The loyalty scheme isn't particularly great, collecting diamonds to exchange for cash, a bit like 32Red's rubies (although 32Red rubies exchange for bonus money. Lottomart diamonds exchange for CASH)
But there are different freespin or bonus offers every day, There are regular 25%, 50% and even 100% deposit bonuses.

Also, give Hollywoodbets a try. as far as I can see, all their slots are on max RTP - even the pragmatic and nolimit ones

Yeah I got same as usual.... nothing at all in any of them just never seem to be able to place in any big free spins battle. I too average 50 - 100 spins on a normal 4hr battle night so yeah sucks when you get 0 that's why i wish they would have done one where each entrant at least gets 50 :) LOL oh well there's always the next battle WE to look forward too....... hopefully!
 
Well it seems to me my fellow vs players.. sometimes a random rant here n there, on forums that you barely post on, reaps rewards lol!! currently sitting @ 7th position on the power of thor megaways!! if I hold that position, can u imagine (being from uk, no auto or fast play) having to sit through the torture of tapping spin 400 times.. what a travesty!! joking btw ppl, promise I'll come back to post update with total win wish me luck tytyty
 
Oh so battle weekend is on next week but VS has managed a way to shaft us again by making it Scatters Matters and Book Of Dead.

Book of dead would be good usually but they've removed quick spin and autoplay.
