Friday battles (Vegas), Monday Battles (VS), Tuesday Battles (Vegas), Tuesday Madness (VS).

These all are players missed due to technical problems if you count both places.

Vegas and VS problems are related, otherwise yesterday's sitngo's at Vegas wouldn't have been cancelled.

Of course, as a player i wish that all of these would be replaced. But that's unlikely to happen, so hopefully they'll at least compensate for something in both places.

It's not just a single promotion, but a series of promotions that players have missed in the last five days. What a great day today would be to compensate for one sitngo-event per casino. Plus missed Tuesday Madness

What confuses me is that the end of the month full weekend battles with the 8 minute timers work flawlessly and at the peak time when the queue spikes you still run through the queue within a few mins. Can't we just copy and paste whatever that setup is :D
 
Wonder if issues are fixed and tomorrow and other future events are not cancelled(like yesterday's on mrv) and battles will run without site issues

edit: anyone has problems with loading evolution live games? I wanted to open crazy time but it didnt load and spotted none of those games open

Push Gaming was down as well, at least Mystery to the moon was not loading.
On a second note, I also used a battle ticket that didn't get refunded with the battle cancellation.

How long do you expect your customers to wait for the customer service to respond and fix problems?

I have 60 activated spins on Forge of Hephaestus, that i can't access.
As the slot have been inaccessible for real money play since launch, because of errors.

My first contact over 1 week ago still hasn't been answered, and the 2nd time i was asked for personal information and that silence again.

The issues with Forge of Hephaestus should be resolved.

If you still cannot play the game, then you may have a stuck round, preventing further gameplay.

@Team.Videoslots replacing epic thursdays with mega freerolls is dogshit and still no update on our Mystery Monday is even more bullshit.

By my guesstimations if 3000 people are doing battles every 10 minutes with my guess at normal prizes, that means usually on Thursday you give out around 1,008,000 spins but you're replacing that with what looks like 400,000 spins.

And I have a feeling on Monday you'll slam us with 50p battle ticket battles and for battle weekend it'll probably be that new dogshit hephateus game and that scatters matters crap.

Did you guys have a little staff meeting and listen to Karen again.

And for the love of g*d please can you stop using shite RAW gaming slots in battles. They are so damn bad I am sick to death of them now.

I wouldn’t mind the mega free roll battles at all if they played way more places tbh. Like 25 spins on 20p game for bottom places….. which if they merged all 4 into one made top only 500 they could probably come up with a prize structure that every entrant gets min 25 spins.

If not They need to pay top 1500 minimum for players to get any kind of reward. Just the small minority get a decent free spins, the majority will get sod all like it is currently.

And I really don’t think top place needs 1000, unless I win one of course, which is no chance as I rarely make it to top 1500 in any of those!

Come on VS spread the love not to just the lucky 10% :(

It's not a conspiracy, it'll be because the site(s) can't cope with SnGs at the moment for whatever technical issues are happening.

I'd imagine a lot needs rebuilding/changing behind the scenes until it's back to "normal".

Well I’m not gonna lie, I have always defended VS, and they are testing my loyalty but they are still very good despite some issues. I did cut down a lot when they changed the 5 XP level loyalty cash wheels I was on gold wheels £100 min each so was a massive drop and hurt, so if others have done that too then they have already lost a lot from players reducing play and maybe that is now reflecting in these other cutbacks. But also autoplay, quick spin removal and 2.5sec spins for UK players will have all had a toll on profits.

They are a business after all and banging on about cutbacks isn’t really going to change anything, it is what it is, if people are really that upset about it then yes quit depositing there and go somewhere else. No one forcing you to play.

And for those that are saying how did they win casino of the year, well that’s based on wether you’ll get paid when you win, customer service, game selection, reps and overall player experience not just on loyalty freebies.
