Not to brag or anything but will anyway. I have won the rounders 2 times in a year. 2300$ Canadian more than if you won 15k Tuesday battle. I placed top20 once on Tuesday . But won lots like finish 200, 300, still a couple dollars. Finally won a 30k ticket fucking bullshit that was finished 320 or something. That's hard to win money. Top 40.

Well, happy birthday luckiest person in the world! :)

Yeah like others have said what a shame, I was quite excited about another new battle, but winner takes all is going to make it an extremely boring battle to all but the winner and extremely frustrating to players coming 2nd 3rd etc.

To me its going to be similar to the chase battles in that 99% of players get sod all which is why I avoid them.

IMO I think this new battle would have been much better to have with the same payout structure as the Tuesday battle, just without the 15,000 added element.

Totally agree!

A small prize, even just say 10.00 to 300 low rollers (the bread & butter punters ;) ) comes across as a small show of loyalty, more so when it costs just €1 to enter (Tuesdays battle structure)

With 10 buys ins (minus the added 15,000 as you mention) something very similar can be done without cost to the casino.

Also, 1 person with a huge battle win is heading straight for the cash out button I would have thought, 300 - 600 players logging in to play their small prizes stands a very good chance that more than a handful may go on to then make a deposit, much better business sense I would have thought

Totally agree with you also, and was going to say the exact same thing! From a business point of view it makes more sense to give smaller prizes to the many rather than bigger prizes to the few that would be far more likely to walk with it. I guess VS must have some other ideas on how it works better for them......

There's also the issue that a lot of players won't go the full €11 if they have a bad start, further reducing participation and final prize value. Is my mind playing tricks on me or did we have a couple of these Battles a year or so back around Xmas 2018, and the prizes ran down to the top 100 or thereabouts? One of them was on that PnG Phoenix game, maybe another was on Pink Elephants? Seemed a much more approachable format from a player's point of view. I know it's great to advertise the chance of winning big, and one person will win a big prize every week under these conditions but to me it's just a little bit too shit-or-bust format-wise.

I will never knock VS for trying to give something back to players. I just wonder if this format is optimal with regards to ensuring maximum player participation and enjoyment?

They replaced the weekend free rolls twice with this set up

€60,000 added plus all the player buy ins

1) Phoenix Reborn (Play N Go)
2) Wolf's Bane (Netent)

Both more or less awarded a prize for those who achieved close to or above 100% RTP.

Well this was a funny battle earlier. 100 spins, no bonuses and only had 3 winning lines but won it out of 2,153 entrants!

The winning lines? Well, I done 1 line at 10p a line as opposed to 10 lines at 1p a line. First win was 5x Dre (well, 3 of him and 2 wilds) across line one, 10p spin yielding £50. Then 4 rings for £7.50 and I missed the last, smaller one.

Lost all the winnings on DHV though within 4 minutes!

Those 60k battles were really nice, placed low on both, but high enough to get a prize.

@Team.Videoslots

A quick piece of feedback for Team Videoslots - while it's great that prizes in 30-man battles have been doubled, I would also recommend that prizes are doubled in 10-man battles

It's ridiculous that freeroll participants are getting different prizes for participating on the same slot game

IIRC, they posted that they were doubled due to the fact that the 30 man battles used to be 0.20 minimum bet, as its now 0.10 that's why the pay 8,10 and 12 :)

The 10 man have always been min 0.10 so the prizes will not change.

That's disappointing - 2 different games with different prizes I could understand, but different prizes on the same slot game appears very strange
