@Team.Videoslots any chance of answering any of our questions? The websites fully down so unless you're like the only person who works for videoslots and you're the one fixing the website I have no clue why a bit of transparency as to what's going on and how you're gonna compensate us. Last Thursday you chose to ignore us, just don't understand why you think that's fair.

You guys did this last year and you somehow still got "best casino of the year" from meister. Dunno how that translates

There will be no compensation site has been awful for a few years now In Terms of battle night server issues and they have done nothing compensation wise about It. There used to be a time when battles would get extended or rearranged for a different day but that's long gone now.

Well the last extension/rearrange was in December so if 3 months means long gone then yeah but should we really accept that.

Regarding the missed events, there's no yet decision what to do with them. Priority one now is to get the site working again, and then we can see what events were missed and how possibly reschedule them.

Maybe you might get a little more understanding if you refrain from pushing "Tuesday Madness" details as oppose to answering your customers questions.

You made me laugh after Thursdays fiasco when you 'totally' ignored the fact that you shafted us all and then just began a discussion about future battles and which slots we like.

I think I got lucky in the 10 mins the site was useable this morning. It had broken again by the time I'd finished. Awful game choice though, as proved by the score I got!
