almost an hour down, half hour left of the original battle period.. id like to think if they come back working itll be extended.. but i don't remember the last time battles were extended after a site issue.

Don't have to double any rewards if no one can play eh
They should quadruple them next week and have it not run. I have inventive ways to save the precious pennies how about:.
* Reducing the mystery monday from 100k free spins battle to 20k
* Making a rakeback type scheme that gives out less than a quater than in the past
* Put bots in to slow the game turnovers down ...ones that never spin.
* Have queues that last 15 minutes plus and are 900 deep or
* How about maintenance on a regular basis on the event nights.

Oh wait maybe they used most of them.

33% of the time apparently :)

These downtimes give me far too much time on my hands!!!

Hi @Everyone,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and we are of course actively working on the issue, to have it resolved ASAP.

As you may understand this has not be done on purpose, and we always aim to disturb your gaming experience as little as we can, however sometimes tech issues arise and they have to be addressed.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards,
Team Videoslots

Hi Everyone,

Just to keep you all updated.

We are still investigating the matter, and we have located an issue with the Server, therefore it seems very unlikely it will be of quick resolution, as the issue turned out to be complicated rather than easy.

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Kind Regards,
Team Videoslots

How about you stop apologising and actually start talking about how you are gonna make amends for both Thursday and tonight (Videoslots). Let's not forget that the Mr Vegas event (Friday) was also a complete wash out. I haven't earned 1p from 10 cumulative hours of freerolls for crying out loud.

Give us some answers rather than spouting futile deflecting apologies!

yeah pretty sure it will be scrapped unless its back soon, though by the above message its looking like it may be a while longer yet, so im guessing itll be done for tonight.

lol. So glad i dont even care anymore like i used to. On how crap there servers are.
Stop apologising for years, and fork the cash out and fix it.

Its not the reps fault, He or She are always very helpful.

Its the people at the top of the company refusing to spend on there infastructure.

They have clearly known about this for years now........

Of course not his/her fault, and I'm not blaming the REP here. I'm just wondering about the general information line. Today, the casino has not communicated a single word about the fate of the battles, only about the site's technical problems. When someone asks for the destiny of the battles, there is no answer. And this was not the first time.

I myself don't really care if these technical problems take an hour or the whole night. What's interesting is today's battles, will we be left without compensation again because of the site problems. The casino here has not even officially informed about the cancellation of the todays battles, not the transfer, not about anything other than the site is down and the problem is being investigated.

I can say from my own point of view what would sound fair and reasonable as a player:
"sorry, we'll fix the issue asap and add a corresponding amount of additional time to the end of the battles" or
"sorry, we can't fix the problem tonight. We have to cancel tonight's promotion and move it to a replacement date"

But no... After last friday's farce, Mr Vegas hasn't apologized for it, hasn't compensated for a second, the battles just came and went. 15 minutes of effective game time when it should have been 4 hours. Today at VS, there was supposed to be 2 hours of playing time with double prizes, we got 30 minutes. The battles came and went, the casino hasn't mentioned a word about compensation. The conclusion can be drawn that no compensation is forthcoming.

This way, as a player, you feel that the casino has once again let its customers down. The casino may consider these promotions "free promotions", but from the player's point of view they are not.

Exactly. And put quite simply, if they consider these battles as "free promotions", they should remove the XP qualifying requirements with immediate effect.

This Rep hasn't acknowledged once that we have been shafted, they just keep parroting the same insincere apology with no word on what they are going to do to make it right.

If players keep playing on there after this I really don't know what to say.
