Another routine day at the office again i see.
Site fucked, lagging and now the whole last hour of the battle totally fucked.

All the money you make and still these dog shit servers. Its pathetic at this point! :mad::mad::mad:

Yup. Am glad i've stuck to my guns on this. No more deposits til this is sorted. Wouldn't dream of playing with my own hard-earned money on a site this unreliable which still doesn't have a solution in place.

Yeah i totally agree. I feel like an idiot for playing here still.
Shows how selfish the company is to have all the lower rtps and never upgrade there servers.
Just think there customers should piss around refreshing windows and reloading the site.

So now we have lost the main hour which had the best slot out of the 4 tonight. And no doubt will be told to go eat dog shit when we ask for the hour back that we have lost. I wont complain anymore as its just boring at this point. I will just not bother getting the xp required next month. They can get stuffed! :thumbsup:

Agreed. They've pushed their luck too far - wouldn't object as much if they have the decency to keep people updated - what we get in here is not info its holding lines which is a waste of our time.

When my xp run out, I'm gone and won't be coming back and I'm sure I won't be the only one.

We've all seen casinos fall from grace and then exit the market, not suggesting that is likely but has that "feel" about it to me - decay, lack of consideration for paying customers..

..what gets me still are those who aren't active here, not a word on the site or by email about delayed prizes, system issues and so on.

Due to RTP and other factors, playtime per £1 is massively reduced, things just don't work properly and there seems to be no sense of urgency here.

If I were to rate them at present it would be very, very low.

I still play the odd battle (mainly Tuesday) but over the last 6-12 months, less and less: you do get the feeling they're getting by on past glory and, when not serving 10p low RTP trash on a plate, it just seems a bit Home Bargains there.

Probably says more about how crap other sites are tbh so i guess only need to be as good as the opposition.

Still struggle to understand why people (mainly Lemon :p ) thank a casino for runnings battles then they're running sub prime RTP's - sort of like patting the burglar on the back on the way out of your house.
 
well ive been asking all day since 10 this morning why i cant deposit with bank card (had the same problem last week)

posted/ emailed 2/3 times not even a reply /its not strange to have tech issues but it is strange to have them for months on end :(

We have highlighted repeatedly a number of issues which are ongoing. We get these holding statements here which do nothing for any of us.

I honestly think you need to go back to your management team for a statement on what the hell is going on.

This is not acceptable.

We are still in the process of reporting and manually crediting the individual battles that have not paid out. 3 of the battles you had mentioned had not been raised to be credited yet, but have now been reported to be credited soon. The other 2 have already been raised to be credited soon as well.

Videoslots have stopped me from being able to enter battles but not deposit... guess I have been logged in a lot recently and watching crazy time and asking for my rwwards everyday!!!! :sniper:

Just found out they got it wrong and it wa sa comms mistake on their end. A different player was accusing VS of robbing them and they thought it was me. No compo for me tho :(
 
So i guess when the site goes down from now on we will NOT be given any extra time to make up for the time lost.

Its funny how they used to always accept that we lost out on loads of time in the battle nights and extend it for us.

Which they should do anyway! (Otherwise dont advertise 4 hours when in reality its probably 3 hours most weeks, Lets be honest!

And it really impressed me with how good there customer service was in this thread and made me want to play at videoslots even more.

Quite right. They had a high rating because they earned it but now the flagrant disregard for their playing customers is obvious.

I don't blame whoever is replying on the VS account - strikes me as contempt from those further up the chain.

All companies have tech issues from time to time but the radio silence from them is disgusting.

Still waiting to hear from @Casinomeister on how I can add a review - I haven't done one yet and feel we should express the picture as it stands, not as it was in the past.

They might as well not even post here any more for all the good it does.

@Team.Videoslots i think it's been raised by Congo before...i met the 10000 wins (Bonanza) but it never gave a red wheel as apparently (not true) i didn't hit the 750 wins in a day - doesn't even appear as an o/s achievement in the achievement bit.

Don't really care tbh but it has been 3/4 days since i raised it with chat etc.
Bumping this again @Team.Videoslots

No offence but raising this with chat has been talking to dry-wall - per the other posters on here there's obviously an issue.
