I've had a look at your account, but could not really find that you should be missing any trophies from the game Cloud Quest, or identify that you're missing any rewards.
I suggest you send an e-mail to [email protected] with some more information about what times you missed out on some rewards, and also where the rewards were generated from. (From battles, jackpot wheels, clashes, etc.) Then we can investigate it further and sort out anything that may be missing.
Regarding the experience points. We're currently having an issue where a few users seemingly are having XP points deduced instead of added. It is being looked into, and the account's XP points will be corrected once the underlying issue is resolved.

Thanks for the swift reply. I am talking about achievements, trophies and XP all found under the profile tab. Not free spins or wheel wins. It's very difficult for me to specify specific rewards as it no longer states what the trophies are for. For instance the Cloud Quest daily used to be win 100 times, 500 times etc in a day. Then win cumulatively x amount of times in the game. I have all the daily trophies therefor ought to have the respective cumulative ones. As for achievements my board used to have a lot more green! Maybe you could explain what the numbers actually mean ie. Elk 93/766, 93 what? I've been playing for many years at VS so the numbers seem very low for amount of playtime I have on the various providers. Also the XP issue doesn't seem to be about deduction either because if that were the case I would have needed to gain 520000 xp which was then accidently deducted to end up where I am. Thank you.
