For some reason its not allowing me to access certain games, jack and the beanstalk, wonky rabbits, creature from the black lagoon etc all im getting is this error code, does anyone have any ideas please as its been working for months n then stops lol

@smart_croatia, for the promotion they were set at 10 cents but now they are worth 5 cents. I have also sent you a PM.

@kerry888 that error message indicates that flash is not running. If you are using Google Chrome as browser you can click on the little "Secure" button next to the address and activate flash from there. @Videoslots am I missing something or don't know,if someone can tell me what was the reward after completing all trophies on Dead or Alive ? Asi remember last time the reward was 100 free spins after completing the Sheriff award and when i finished all was 200 free spins?

The only i received was 20+25+75 ? soo?? Something has changed or what?

I did send you the email and you said you update the trophy system? so less rewards now? for completing all DOA trophies only 25+75 free spins at 0.01 that's really poor reward :rolleyes:

@bebo67 even if we can read Casinomeister while we are not working we cannot work from home in that sense since we do not have access to the correct systems. Hope you can understand that it can take a bit longer to reply when someone is home sick.

@helenakp @smart_croatia as we have said a while back, there was a few games that had incorrect rewards and that is why you previously could have received 200 free spins when completing them all.

It can take a day for the big prize.

As for the updated trophy system, I think it has more smaller ones now. So it "pays" more to try many new games than go for the big trophy on one.
My advice is always do what you want, play what you want, as if there are no trophies at all.

Ok even if was a mistake,a bit odd but still i am missing 100 free spins for completing all the trophies. Your colleague Johan told me that was all my rewards ,so only 25+75 free spins,because as smart_croatia mentioned,for completing 100k trophy there was 75 free spins and another 100 when you complete all of them.

Why don't you come here and show exact amount of spins you are giving for DOA while completing all trophies ? as you are @team.videoslots you should know that information and know exact number of spins your casino is giving,you must know what your casino is offering,how on earth i would know?? and please dont tell me to send you an email as this is information that every player is concerned

I got another email from them,i guess its bye bye loyalty,all that playing for free spins on 0.09 cents and they cut the prizes on half omg

Today you receive 75 free spins for the "complete all"-trophy in Dead or Alive. Apart from that, it depends on if you complete the "7 wins in a row" or "win 10,000 times" as the last trophy as those two have different rewards.
